!!WARNING!!: Map uses entities taken directly from Half-Life 2, before reporting a bug make sure you have Half-Life 2 mounted in your game, its not required but expect things to break without it.

so i was fooling around in gmod like people usually do, this time in hl2's map "d1_trainstation_02" when i reflect a bit on how many times i loaded this map to play sandbox, and the reason is that its cozy and lively with all those citizens wandering around, so i thought "why not take this to construct?" and so i did.

no more is your sandbox session on construct going to be silent and lonely (i know many of you dont have friends) so now you can feel right at city 17 with many citizens wandering about and relaxing on a combine free map!

the map features many new things i took from that hl2 map, this includes the rations machine fully working, the playground (tweaked so you can have more fun than ever), many places for the citizens to "act busy" as the game calls it (although rare they will admire the view and sit on the benches), breencast so you can hear dr.breen yap about phylosofical things or hijack it and broadcast your own things (use the rtcamera material to make your own screens), a light-switch for the dark room (theres nothing to be afraid of), a soda machine that works and new exit/entrances from where citizens come into the map or go (i was going to make them inaccesible to the player for more immersion but decided to let you people see how the map scripting works behind the scenes).

do keep in mind that the amount of people in the map increases over time, so just keep doing your thing and more citizens will appear to walk around.

citizens also dont say sad stuff anymore, they will greet you and say hi most of the time!
