Description
"WE HAVE A PROBLEM!"

Buffs hordes, tanks, and increases the ammount of specials that can spawn at once, from 1 to 4.
Finale's can have up to 5 tanks, accept for the Parish. I couldn't figure out how to get multiple tanks on that one.
