Current Item Drop on Immobilization [BOT FIX]

Description
A fix to tomaz's "Current Item Drop on Immobilization" addon.

This fixes bots picking up a player's items after they drop it.

IS VERY ♥♥♥♥♥ when it comes to left 4 bots. Works fine with weapons but bots will still pick up pills, kits and throwables. There is nothing i can do.

Got it. Though using your version, I notice that after reviving(from death), their items just sorta hover beneath them and they don't pick them up. Is that something that can be fixed?

them not picking up pills, kits and throwables is not that bad actually. there are mods that have them give them to players after picking it up. anyways this is a good fix bc i love that addon
