I actually recommend not working with Wehlen tbh, as you can leverage the info over Alvarez at the end of the meeting and in exchange for not releasing it he will inform you that Rusty is a Lespian Agent, allowing you to arrest Rusty and fully nationalise Rizian Royal Gold.

Announcement: with 2.0 port and 4.0 update coming soon, guide update will be delayed until the new version is released. Would fix a lot of problems with current 3.0.9 version such as:

- Modifiers not changing to green after you sign worker rights in assembly and all pro-worker decrees (Rizia DLC)

- New dialogue options in war system, tutorial, and hero story (not sure what this is. Probably has to do with war than peace path)

- Finally fix the description for tank factory (build in 1 less turn but consumes 2 energy instead of 1)

- Decrees won't show up as signed if passed in dialogue (golcondolist ban, removing free press, naturalization, and worker rights)

- Not getting to invade Zille.

No. Rizia war tanks economy, antagonize half of the AN, and Ai is very buggy. You can still have Axel join Intermerkorpum with Pales being a Sovereign state and let Vina marry Manus. Just don't antagonize the Azaros or Toras with more reformist decrees (free press, electoral reform, and remove state religion) and you'll be ok.

Is war worth in this scenario, like the Rumm-Sord in your other guide, or is it just not worth that much? I would really like Vina to live her romance with Manus instead of Axel and still get Pales
