Gengenpress - 4-2-3-1 Lower league to top

Tactic was created with Gengen press style with flexible fluidity and balanced roles and duties. Tactic is extremely good against higher teams and you can change the mentality to balanced according to the opposition. Easy to achieve back to back promotion with smaller teams and with right addition you can challenge the giants. I was hired midway though sky bet league 2 by Crewe and from there on back to back promotions to premier league. I also signed some players with good potential as free signing and sell at higher price later. If you find young players having good potential, then play the with 1st team regularly since they'll improve twice

Formation - 4-2-3-1 (Gengenpress)
Roles and duties:
2 cb's - defend (you can change this to BPD defend in case you've better CB)
2 fb's - right IFB defend(This can be changed to FB support), left WB support
2 cm's - right carrilero and left CM support
2 wingers - IF attack
1 CAM - Support
1 AF Attack - This can be changed to PF attack, but AF is better.

Opposition Instruction - Take advise from Assistant and hard tackle wingers and full backs

Train the tactic through pre season friendlies. Specific traits can be trained for all position, mainly killer balls for CAM and 2 CM, cut inside from both wings for IF, knock ball past opp etc.
