Update to the new NVIDIA DLSS DLL 3.7.0

Download the new version and replace it in the two folders below

Go to Tech site and download the new Dlss file
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-dll/

Copy it here:
Right click>Manage> Browse local files
:\Banishers Ghosts of New Eden\Engine\Plugins\NVidiaDLSS\Plugins\DLSS\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
and this
