This mod makes transitioning between struggle phases faster and more dynamic, and additonaly changes requirements (one requirement, to be exact) for conciliation ending to be a bit more lenient.
Basically every catalyst value has been increased.
Some of catalyst triggering events - like killing involved ruler, are a lot more significant now.

The value changes are as follows:
-minimal catalyst value: 1 >>> 3
-minor value: 3 >>> 5
-medium value: 5 >>> 10
-major value: 10 >>> 15
-massive value: 25 >>> 35

Yearly progress also increased from 1 to 5 points.
Conciliation ending decision: maximal acceptable controlled % of Iberian region raised from 49 to 69%.

Reasons for making this below - for anyone who cares.

I generally like the whole idea behind struggle system, but, possibly my biggest gripe with it is how slowly and inadequately to what's actually going on in the iberian peninsula it progresses. The final result being decades of waiting just for the right phase to kick in, while nothing interesting is happening anymore - which is especially annoying when the peninsula is under total controll.

When it comes to conciliation ending decision - while waiting for correct struggle phase, most of the time I end up conquering, out of pure boredom, around 50 - 70% of Iberia. In which case, to get the decision, I have to release few vassals just to get below 50%, which is, well, quite unimmersive.
