The board disappeared because there was no player seated there. Load the game from Tabletop Simulator's Hotseat mode to add multiple local players.
Instead of replacing all three Launch A, Launch B and Launch C tiles with copies of Launch All, what if you replace all three Launch None tiles with one Launch A&B, one Launch B&C, and one Launch A&C?
The average number of launched CCS is the same as in your version (12 total across the 7 tiles), but now there's again an element of screwing someone else over in the process of saving yourself via them.
