Only effects the person who interacts with it
12 random effects occur based on how many chimes play, 4 kill the player, 4 give the player a negative effect until they die, 4 do nothing

I made this in a few hours just to get a look into gmods addon structure
It's not that good my any means and if I had the time I could make something way better
