A guide to the exact location of the Bell Bearings in Elden Ring and what you can get for them

General information

The Bell Bearing is a special item that can be given to the Twin Maiden Husks to expand their assortment. Many of them can be obtained after the death of some NPCs - in the story or by the hands of the player.



In the case of NPCs, when their sphere is transferred, the player is given the assortment of the same NPC (at the time of his death). This way, the player will almost always have the opportunity to pick up an item if they missed the right time to buy it.

Merchant bell bearings

All merchants, including Kale of the Church of Elleh, can be killed and have their own bell bearing dropped. Bringing this sphere to the Old Twin Maids will give the same assortment in the same quantities as each merchant had individually.

Therefore, killing these NPCs is useless in terms of gaining special benefits from their bell bearings.
