Monsters:
===========================================================
Angler
Description:
This creature bears a striking resemblance to an anglerfish, equipped with a light lure. At present, the Angler is a rare sight in Content Warning, with only a handful of players encountering it. It employs Mimics to befuddle players and draw them towards its light traps. Mimics masquerade as fellow players but can be identified by their blue patchwork visage.

Behavior:
The Angler generates duplicates of divers randomly, dubbed "AnglerMimics," each displaying a screen with horizontal glitched lines. Approaching or interacting with these imposters prompts them to hastily flee towards the Angler's vicinity.

Upon getting too close, the Mimic ascends, triggering the Angler to commence sucking in anything in its trajectory: players, items, and other entities alike. This results in instant death for the player, rendering evasion impossible.

How to deal with:
If you spot a Mimic in your game, an Angler is likely not far behind. Make certain to steer clear of its vivid blue-hued light by any means necessary. Once ensnared, the Angler will devour players, resulting in immediate demise.

Danger Level: ⚠︎ 5 ⚠︎
Big Slap/Tall Monster
Description:
The BigSlap stands as a towering humanoid figure, lacking a nose but boasting oversized teeth and elongated arms. This formidable adversary combines immense size with surprising agility, making it adept at swiftly closing distances.

In combat, it employs two distinct moves: a standard attack that deals substantial damage, reducing players to half health, and a devastating leap attack capable of instantly eliminating them.

Fortunately, encounters with the BigSlap are most frequent within the maze section of the Old World, offering relative safety elsewhere in your travels. This maze lies on the fourth floor of the Ship Map, typically encountered as you progress through your second views quota.

Players have noted that this imposing creature tends to spawn more frequently if its portrait is held for an extended period. This portrait, an item found on either the Ship or Factory map, seems to attract the BigSlap's presence. While the BigSlap patrols an area rather than actively hunting players, once it catches sight of you, your fate may be sealed.

Behavior:
Big Slap's appearance is a rare occurrence compared to other adversaries. Once spawned, it prowls the map until it detects a player. Upon sighting one, Big Slap relentlessly pursues them at high speeds until their demise. Whether the player runs or walks, Big Slap matches their pace, albeit with a significantly faster walking speed. At close range, it inflicts damage equivalent to half of the player's health. Additionally, it possesses a lethal jumping attack akin to Knifo's, capable of instantly eliminating or severely injuring players.

Interestingly, holding Big Slap's portrait for more than 3 seconds guarantees its spawn, regardless of the map. This portrait item appears randomly across all maps.

How to deal with:
Avoid attracting the attention of this hostile behemoth at all costs. Swiftly evade and seek cover, for the BigSlap's remarkable speed and agility make escaping its grasp paramount. Once ensnared, survival chances plummet, often resulting in immediate demise.

Danger Level: ⚠︎ 5 ⚠︎
Bomber
Description:
A creature reminiscent of an extraterrestrial, this monster crawls across the terrain, hurling bombs at unsuspecting players. Incapable of standing on its legs, it navigates the maps of Content Warning by crawling. Upon detecting a potential target, it halts its movement to collect bombs from its back for projectile assault.

These bombs roll along the ground before detonating in a devastating area-of-effect blast. Beware, as approaching the Bombs monster too closely triggers an ominous orange glow, signaling imminent explosion. While it may survive the blast, the danger it poses remains significant.

Behavior:
The Bomber prowls the map, actively seeking out players. Upon locating a target, it plucks a bomb from its body and hurls it in their direction. These bombs obey gravity, rolling ominously towards their intended victims. Should a player find themselves too close to the bomb upon detonation, instant death awaits, while those within the blast radius suffer severe injury. With a 5-second fuse, there's ample opportunity to evade the explosion.

When in close proximity to a player, the Bomber enters a frenzied state, continuously leaping towards them. In a desperate final gambit, it ignites all the fuses on its body's bombs, resulting in a cataclysmic explosion that spells doom for both itself and the player. While some have managed to escape this dire fate, success remains elusive for many.

How to deal with:
To evade the bombs, swiftly retreat and wait for their detonation. Fortunately, this monster lacks the agility to pursue you with any significant speed, and its bombs are relatively simple to evade. They emit a sizzling sound for a few seconds before exploding, providing ample warning of their proximity.

For those inclined to confront the Bombs monster, the Shock Stick serves as a formidable weapon (available for $400 at the upgrade machine). Additionally, players can collect the monster's bombs without triggering their explosion, allowing for strategic use or disposal.

Danger Level: 2

Barnacle Ball/Tentacle Monster
Description:
The monstrous Barnacle Ball resembles a tangled mass of barnacles, adorned with numerous tentacles serving as its arms. These appendages are wielded with deadly precision, capable of delivering powerful slaps to players, each blow chipping away at their health.

In addition to its physical assaults, the Barnacle Ball possesses a spit attack, coating its victims with a corrosive substance that steadily erodes their health over time. Furthermore, it employs an air current attack to draw players closer to its grasp. Once ensnared in this vortex, players are propelled into the air, subjected to falling damage upon impact with the ground.

Behavior:
The Barnacle Ball prowls the map in search of prey, tracking players with slightly slower speed than their running pace. Once a player is spotted, it initiates its assault with three distinct attacks.

1. Barnacle Ball lunges towards players, employing its tentacles in a wild swinging motion, inflicting damage equivalent to about one-third of their health.

2. Engaging its spin attack, Barnacle Ball creates a tornado effect, drawing in all nearby players and items. Venturing too close to the center of the vortex results in damage amounting to half of a player's health.

3. When players are out of reach for its tornado attack, Barnacle Ball resorts to spitting projectiles. These projectiles create a disorienting white, dust-like cloud upon impact, causing players to suffer minor damage over time. This effect resembles a flashbang, impairing players' vision and spatial awareness.

How to deal with:
To evade the Barnacle Ball's relentless pursuit, prioritize swift retreat. While the monster boasts formidable speed, your running pace should suffice to outmaneuver it. Utilize corners and obstacles to your advantage, thwarting its air current attack.

Should escape seem unlikely, resort to the Shock Stick as a last-ditch defense. Stun the Barnacle Ball momentarily, granting precious time to distance yourself from its grasp.

Danger Level: 3
Dog/Robotic Dog with gun/A.S.T.R.A
Description:
The Dog monster in Content Warning is a robotic quadruped armed with a mounted gun on its back. It exhibits a strong attraction to players, often lingering in areas where players were last spotted if they manage to elude it. Equipped with both dog-like visual sensors and a turret scanner emitting a distinctive red light, it diligently scans the surroundings in search of prey, demanding heightened vigilance from players.

Behavior:
The Dog diligently traverses the map, scanning its surroundings with its penetrating light. Upon detecting a player, its focused beam narrows onto the target's torso, signaling the commencement of its attack. After a brief 2-3 second lock-on period, the creature unleashes a relentless barrage of bullets, each inflicting minor damage. However, the rapid rate of fire results in a rapid accumulation of damage, necessitating swift evasion or counteraction.

How to deal with:
To outmaneuver the Dog, prioritize avoiding its line of sight. If detected, seek cover swiftly to shield yourself from its barrage of bullets. Fortunately, the monster's distinctive red lasers stand out against the Old World's grey color scheme, making it relatively easy to spot. Take refuge before the turret swivels in your direction and locks onto your position, as its projectiles are swift and deadly.

While the Shock Stick may seem like a tempting solution, it's ill-advised. Though the robot's body may temporarily succumb to the stun, the turret continues to unleash its relentless fire, leaving you vulnerable to sustained damage.

Danger Level: 4
Ear
Description:
The Ear is a creature with four legs, sporting an ear-shaped head and flat hands. It is drawn to sound and will slowly approach players, seizing them and causing minor damage before releasing them. These creatures pose a relatively low-level threat, and you should emerge from an encounter mostly unharmed, making them ideal targets for capturing to gain views.

Behavior:
The Ear is drawn to the voices of players and possesses keen hearing, able to detect them from a considerable distance. Upon hearing another player, it swiftly trots towards them and leaps, tackling them to the ground. While inflicting minor damage, this attack also causes the player to be thrown against the floor in a rag-doll motion.

How to deal with:
This creature is highly sensitive to sound, so it's advisable to move quietly and stealthily rather than running. If detected, some players have found success in shouting into their microphones, startling the monster and prompting it to flee. Alternatively, utilizing the Shock Stick is also an effective option for dealing with it.

Danger Level: 3
Eye Guy
Description:
EyeGuy is a stout creature adorned with oversized eyeballs atop its head, accompanied by elongated spear-like arms. Typically docile, it remains stationary unless provoked by light sources such as flashlights or camera lights. When agitated, its pupils constrict, and it lashes out with its arms in a slapping motion towards players. Despite its defensive response, it generally requires several strikes to be defeated, making it a favorable option for filming encounters. Additionally, it remains passive if players maintain a considerable distance from it.

Behavior:
Eye Guy spawns randomly on the map and moves periodically until illuminated by any light source, including camera lights. Players can still capture video footage of Eye Guy from a safe distance where it remains partially illuminated. However, shining a light on this creature will provoke it, triggering an aggressive response. In this state, Eye Guy pursues the player at a speed slightly faster than their walking pace and strikes with its claws, inflicting significant damage. It typically takes 4-5 hits to defeat a player.

Even after spotting players, Eye Guy continues to follow them but refrains from attacking unless provoked by light exposure.

How to deal with:
To avoid antagonizing the Eye Guy, simply refrain from shining lights on its sensitive eyes. If provoked, your best course of action is to flee to evade its pursuit. Alternatively, you can utilize defensive tools such as the Shock Stick or Goo-Ball to defend yourself against its attacks.

Danger Level: 2
Flicker
Description:
The Flicker manifests as a jellyfish-like entity with a harpoon protruding from its head and long, tendril-like legs. Its presence is heralded by the flickering of lightbulbs in the vicinity. After a brief period, the Flicker fully materializes, emitting a bright red light that ensnares players who gaze upon it.

Once ensnared in its tendrils, players are unable to look away or break free, resulting in instant death for the entire party. The modus operandi of Flicker bears similarities to that of Slender Man, instilling a sense of dread and urgency among players.

Behavior:
The presence of Flicker is announced by a rapid flickering of every light on the map, occurring over a span of 2 seconds. Initially invisible, Flicker stealthily trails players as they explore, intermittently teasing them by materializing and dematerializing. However, Flicker's most perilous phase is when he fully reveals himself to players after taunting them.

During this phase, players find themselves unable to divert their gaze from Flicker. Any attempt to look away results in their mouse snapping back into place, fixated on the entity. Furthermore, whenever Flicker's light pulses, players' vision is forcefully drawn towards him, compelling them to face him.

After a brief period of being unable to avert their gaze, Flicker swiftly dispatches any player fixated on him, resulting in instant death.

How to deal with:
When lightbulbs begin flickering erratically, remain vigilant and avert your gaze, focusing on the ground. If your screen distorts and is tinged with red, it often signals imminent danger for you and your party. Unfortunately, Shock Sticks and Goo-Balls are ineffective against this formidable foe. Fortunately, encounters with this monster are relatively uncommon in the game.

Danger Level: ⚠︎ 5 ⚠︎
Ghost
Description:
The Ghost is a spectral entity devoid of legs, appearing transparent to players. Blurriness or distortion of certain objects often indicates the presence of a Ghost obstructing your vision.

There's speculation regarding the Ghost's availability in Content Warning. While present within the game files and summonable through mods, few players have reported actual encounters with it in their games.

Behavior:
Based on testing, the Ghost exhibits a fear of light and will shield its eyes when exposed to a flashlight, before retreating. Despite its transparent appearance, it doesn't pose direct harm to players. When in proximity, players may hear eerie male laughter, screams, and other unsettling noises.

Additionally, it's been observed that the Ghost can be stunned.

How to deal with:
Utilize your flashlight not only to illuminate the Ghost more distinctly but also to startle it into retreat.

Danger Level: 1
Knifo/Knifa (Stabbing Ghost)
Description:
The Knifo, also known as the Stabbing Ghost, resembles a cartoon-like specter donning a bedsheet with cut-out eye holes akin to a Halloween costume. Its presence is often heralded by child-like giggling.

The Knifo aggressively charges at players wielding a knife. Contact with it inflicts damage, although players can typically sustain 2-3 encounters before facing fatal consequences. Following a stabbing, the Knifa emits giggles before hastily retreating. Additionally, it employs a leap attack that deals slightly more damage and has the potential to destabilize players.

Behavior:
Knifo roams the map until a viable target approaches. Once targeted, it relentlessly pursues them with a knife. While slightly slower than players' running speed, Knifo adapts, shifting focus to whoever is closest or most accessible (excluding those atop objects). When changing targets or navigating corners, Knifo's speed decreases. As it expends stamina, its pace diminishes further. Knifo employs a jumping attack on nearby players, inflicting damage equivalent to one-third of their health.

How to deal with:
After its knife attack, Knifo typically retreats from the vicinity. Therefore, focus on evading its assaults, bearing in mind its swift movements. Be cautious, as Knifo often herds players towards other monsters in the vicinity. Maneuver through corridors and obstacles to evade its lunging attack effectively. Both the Goo-Ball and Shock Stick are effective tools for combating this enemy.

Danger Level: 3
Slime/Jello/Jelly
Description:
Jelly is a sizable, gelatinous yellow entity that moves about the map on four stubby legs. Its appearance closely resembles flowing water, making it challenging to spot in dark environments. However, Jelly possesses a shiny surface, allowing it to be easily illuminated and made visible by light sources.

Behavior:
Jelly swiftly moves toward the nearest player and envelops them within its gelatinous body. Although it moves quickly, Jelly doesn't inflict any damage. Instead, it transports the trapped player to the closest Slurper. If no Slurpers are present on the map, Jelly relocates the player to the furthest point from the group.

How to deal with:
To avoid being engulfed by Jelly, steer clear of stepping near it. Utilize terrain features such as corridors, stairs, and winding paths as obstacles to impede its progress. Keep a swift pace and remain vigilant, as the Shock Stick is ineffective against Jelly.

Danger Level: 3
Larva/Snatcher
Description:
The Larva is an intriguing creature in Content Warning, resembling a large worm or centipede with two prominent, protruding arms.

Initially appearing slow, the Larva swiftly accelerates, making it exceedingly challenging to outrun. Its preferred method of attack involves grabbing and launching players into the air, resulting in substantial fall damage equivalent to half of their health bar. If another player is nearby, the Larva may opt to throw the player towards them, causing damage to both individuals.

Behavior:
The Larva sluggishly traverses the map, its arms poised to ensnare unsuspecting players. Upon sighting a player, it initiates pursuit at a slightly slower speed than the player's running pace. When within close proximity, the Larva dashes forward, seizing its target and flinging them over its head, inflicting damage just shy of half the player's health. A second strike from the Larva reduces the player's health to a sliver.

In the presence of a nearby teammate, the Larva redirects its throw towards them instead, causing harm to both players caught in its grasp.

How to deal with:
The primary method to evade the Larva is to run and steer clear of its reaching arms. Despite their initial sluggishness, these creatures rapidly accelerate to a fast pace, so don't underestimate their speed. In moments of desperation, employ the Goo-Ball or Shock Stick to create a temporary diversion and buy yourself some time.

Danger Level: 4
Mouthe
Description:
The Mouthe is a stocky creature with a wide head and mouth. While non-lethal, it fixates on a selected player, trailing them closely. Its primary tactic involves waiting for the player to turn their back, at which point it emits a loud scream.

Approaching too closely prompts the Mouthe to emit another shrill squeal before hastily retreating. Although not directly harmful, the main danger posed by these creatures lies in their ability to distract players, potentially leaving them vulnerable to more menacing monsters.

Behavior:
Mouthe selects a player as its target and persistently tries to approach them from behind. If the target isn't facing Mouthe, it emits a series of screams in an attempt to startle or frighten them. However, contrary to rumor, this scream doesn't affect the player in any way.

How to deal with:
The Mouthe can generally be disregarded as it poses no direct threat. While you can use the Shock Stick on it for content purposes, some may find this approach heartless.

Danger Level: 1
Slurper/Star in the Ceiling
Description:
The Slurper is a star-shaped creature that hangs from ceilings and employs lures to ensnare players. Its lure consists of a long piece of rope, barely visible but occasionally glimpsed with a flashlight.

These patient creatures utilize tactics such as dropping items like bones beneath them to entice players into their traps. Once ensnared, the Slurper adheres itself to the player and gradually drains their health.

Behavior:
The Slurper extends its hand to the ground, visible only when illuminated by light. Upon contact, the hand seizes the player, pulling them toward the ceiling while the Slurper consumes them. This creature inflicts a moderate amount of damage, capable of killing a player in 8-10 hits.

Interestingly, the Slurper taunts players by dropping bones directly beneath its body, presumably to entice them closer.

How to deal with:
You can free yourself from the Slurper's grasp by throwing something at it, achieved by holding down the Q key. However, this maneuver is challenging to execute solo. Without teammates to assist, escaping becomes a slow process, potentially resulting in a fatal outcome. It's advisable to avoid walking into its lure, although traps often occur when players are fleeing from other monsters.

Danger Level: 2
Snatcho/Shadow Monster
Description:
The Snactcho possesses a humanoid form characterized by elongated arms and legs, coupled with a jackal-like face. It moves stealthily across floors, typically concealed within shadows.

This creature prefers to stalk its prey briefly before seizing them and pulling them backward. Once ensnared, it gradually depletes the victim's life bar.

Behavior:
Snatcho selects individual targets for capture and emerges from the darkness to do so. He stalks the target player for a brief period before sprinting toward them, seizing them, and pulling them back into the shadows. While doing so, he gradually diminishes the player's health. Notably, he inflicts slightly more damage than the Snail.

How to deal with:
Be attentive to its screech and utilize your flashlight or camera light to compel it to retreat into the shadows. If you're playing solo, you might find some success by repeatedly pressing the jump and sprint keys while ensnared. Additionally, you can employ the Shock Stick for defense against Snatcho.

Danger Level: 4
Spider
Description:
This spider-like creature features a flat body and a vertical mouth that splits open. Upon encountering a player, it shoots webs that unfurl into larger webs, ensnaring the player.

Once trapped, the Spider advances toward the player and delivers a bite. It typically takes around 4-5 bites from the Spider to defeat a player.

Behavior:
The Spider prowls the map until it locates a player. Upon sighting a player, it swiftly advances while simultaneously shooting webs. These webs explode upon contact with any surface, generating multiple strands that ensnare players, hindering their movement.

The Spider prioritizes the closest player and attempts to capture them unless they successfully evade capture and initiate another pursuit. With each bite, the Spider inflicts approximately 1/6 of the player's health, rendering it a formidable adversary.

How to deal with:
To evade the Spider, either flee or employ the Shock Stick to stun it. Escaping from its webs is challenging; you can accelerate your escape by spamming the jump key, although you may endure several Spider bites before breaking free. The primary threat posed by these creatures lies in their ability to impede your movement and make you vulnerable to larger, more menacing monsters.

Danger Level: 4
Toolkit_Wisk/Fan/Hammer/Vaccum/Iron

Description:
The Toolkit_Wisk is a bipedal monster equipped with screw-like arms and a head resembling a whisk. While players have discovered variants such as the Fan, Hammer, Iron, or Vacuum in the game files, these variants are not currently accessible in the game but may be introduced in a future update. The images above were captured using a mod that allows players to summon various monsters into the game.

The Wisk typically roams within the Factory map. Upon spotting a player, it prepares for a charge attack, often heralded by a loud blending noise. Players can generally withstand 2-3 attacks from the Wisk before succumbing. Following an attack, the Wisk pauses briefly before gearing up for a subsequent assault.

Behavior:
The Whisk patrols the map until it detects a player, at which point it turns to face them and begins to wind up its attack. Once fully charged, the Whisk charges straight toward its target, inflicting significant damage if they are in its path. Upon colliding with a wall, the Whisk staggers and falls momentarily but quickly recovers to resume its assault. However, its pathfinding behavior may be erratic, occasionally resulting in sharp turns if it encounters obstacles or cannot reach its target due to elevated surfaces. After three unsuccessful charges, the Whisk retreats from the scene.

How to deal with:
Exercise caution and employ strategic movement when encountering this monster, as it utilizes an exceptionally swift dash attack to charge toward players. Dodge at the last possible moment to manipulate its trajectory and compel it to collide with obstacles. After several unsuccessful attempts to land an attack, the Wisk will withdraw, providing an opportunity to capture footage with relatively low to medium risk.

Danger Level: 3
Weeping/Captcha Trap
Description:
The Weeping monster in Content Warning takes the form of a sentient trap, resembling an iron maiden torture device and equipped with a tablet displaying a captcha puzzle. This creature is capable of movement and can capture a player when they are not being observed. Once captured, it initiates a timer lasting 1 minute and 30 seconds, during which other players must solve the captcha puzzle on its device to free the captive. If the players fail to solve the puzzle within three attempts or before the timer expires, the Weeping drains the captured player's health.

Behavior:
The Weeping roams the map, propelled by wheels, in search of a player. However, it can only move when it is not within the line of sight of any player. Upon reaching grabbing range, it forcibly traps the player in its cage and seals it shut. It then presents a screen interface to the remaining team members, displaying a randomized jumble of letters and characters that players must accurately type out within one minute. Failure to do so deducts one of three attempts, and if all attempts are exhausted or the puzzle is not completed in time, the trapped teammate is killed.

Once a teammate is killed, the Weeping ceases its violent behavior and remains stationary. However, upon successfully completing the captcha, the Weeping adopts a smile and disappears, becoming neutral for a period.

How to deal with:
Remain vigilant, even when evading other monsters, and maintain eye contact with a Weeping if encountered. If trapped, the only means of escape is solving the captcha puzzle. When playing solo, unfortunately, there is no escape, as you cannot solve the puzzle yourself, and the tablet faces away from you. Once a player is freed from a Weeping, it will display a happier facial expression and cease to pose a threat.

Danger Level: 4
Snail/Zombie
Description:
The Zombe is a hybrid creature, part humanoid and part snail, moving with a zombie-like shamble. While they are individually slow, they present a greater danger when encountered in groups of 2 or 3, and sometimes even up to 5. In such instances, it's easy to become overwhelmed.

These creatures are commonplace in Content Warning and typically seize hold of their victims, gradually depleting their health. However, you can expedite your escape by rapidly pressing the jump or sprint keys.

Behavior:
The Snail mindlessly pursues the nearest player, albeit at a slightly slower pace. Upon contact, it seizes the player and commences slowly depleting their health. Allowing the Snail to continue will result in release at half health, but rapidly pressing [SPACE] accelerates the process of breaking free.

How to deal with:
Since these monsters move at a leisurely pace, it's advisable to run from them. If ensnared, utilize the sprint action to extricate yourself or employ the Shock Stick to stun them.

Danger Level: 2
Arms
Description:
Arms is characterized by its tall, slender physique, boasting coiled-up arms capable of extending to unsettling lengths. It shares a notable resemblance to the CamCreep.

Behavior:
Arms meanders across the map at a sluggish pace, emitting discordant accordion tunes that reverberate loudly, making its presence unmistakable. As it draws near a player, it maintains its slow gait. However, as it approaches, its elongated arms extend outward in an attempt to seize the player, ceasing the accordion sounds. If successful in its grasp, it significantly impedes the player's movement and promptly inflicts minor yet rapid damage, accompanied by a lengthy, piercing accordion sound.

How to deal with:
Arms possesses a notably sluggish walking pace, allowing players to easily outpace it upon hearing its distinctive footsteps or other auditory cues. Nevertheless, if it manages to ensnare a player, it is highly advisable to utilize the shock stick to stun it and break free from its grasp.

Danger Level: 2
Fire Monster
Description:
The Fire Monster is characterized by its towering stature, sporting four elongated legs and a square-shaped head. Its thin legs extend to considerable lengths, supporting a spiky shell.

Behavior:
The Fire Monster exhibits a straightforward behavior: it advances toward the closest player, unleashing flames from its mouth upon nearing its target. These flames persist on the ground for a brief period, forming a hazardous barrier that can divide or corner players, posing a significant threat.

How to deal with:
The Fire Monster poses a formidable threat, yet it is not invincible. Despite being susceptible to the Shock Stick, it persists in spewing flames. Opting to capitalize on its sluggish pace is advisable; fleeing is your best recourse. Maneuvering through tight corners and swiftly passing through doors can provide temporary respite from its onslaught.

Danger Level: ⚠︎ 5 ⚠︎
Puffo/Puffa
Description:
Puffo is depicted as a diminutive humanoid figure, characterized by a hunched posture and a despondent countenance. Notable features include pronounced ears, small three-fingered hands, and most prominently, a sizable, spiky growth protruding from its back.

Behavior:
Puffo roams the map aimlessly until approached by players, at which point it begins to pursue them. Its pace mirrors that of a Snail. Upon a player's proximity, Puffo inflates its growth, delivering damage equivalent to 1/16th of the player's health and forcibly knocking them back, inducing a ragdoll effect.

How to deal with:
Puffo's threat can be mitigated with the shock stick. Additionally, its sluggish pace allows players to simply walk or sprint away, creating sufficient distance to evade harm.

Danger Level: 2
Streamer
Description:
The Streamer presents as an augmented rendition of the player character, adorned in robust, professional attire and equipped with a Shock Stick and a camera. Distinguished by the presence of three oxygen tanks instead of one, the Streamer features a prominent screen positioned behind their head, enabling real-time interaction with their live chat audience.

Behavior:
The Streamer traverses the map until it identifies its target, thereafter advancing towards the player. Should the player draw near, the Streamer administers an electric shock. Its movement speed approximates that of the player's running pace. A direct hit from the Streamer's Shock Stick inflicts approximately 70-85% damage on the player and triggers a ragdoll effect. The Streamer engages in idle and attack dialogue, interacting with their audience during gameplay.

How to deal with:
The Streamer can be effectively countered with the Shock Stick, while the Goo Ball serves to impede its movement. Notably, the Streamer's illuminated monitor renders it conspicuous in dark environments, facilitating easy avoidance.

Danger Level: ⚠︎ 5 ⚠︎
Shroomer (Shroomed Player)
Description:
The creature resembles a humanoid figure adorned with numerous sprouting mushrooms across its body.

Behavior:
Shroomed Players remain oblivious to their transformation into enemies, characterized by distorted voices and visibly altered appearances compared to their teammates. While they retain mobility, they involuntarily attack any nearby players.

How to deal with:
It's advisable to steer clear of picking up the shroom. Instead, if necessary, record it from a safe distance to prevent encountering this entity.

Danger Level: 2
Worm
Description:
The Worm, as its name implies, is a worm-like entity with a long, segmented body resembling a spine. It possesses two leech-like mouths filled with serrated teeth.

Behavior:
The Worm will gradually advance toward a player, aiming to latch onto them. Once attached to one player, the other end of the worm will seek out a nearby player. If successful, the two players will be linked together and forced to cooperate to navigate. This doesn't cause damage but can be a nuisance. The Worm will eventually detach from both players but can quickly reattach if they remain nearby.

How to deal with:
The Worm moves and attacks slowly. If you're attached to it, let your teammates know so they can avoid you. If you're linked to another player, communicate effectively to avoid getting tripped up. Using a Shock Stick on the worm will instantly detach it from a player.

Danger Level: 1
Robot Button
Description:
The Robot Button is a small, robotic creature with four stick-like legs. Its square body features a large cylindrical button on top, outlined with a lighter grey rim.

Behavior:
The Robot Button moves around the map and tends to follow players. While it doesn't pose a significant threat, players can interact with the button on its surface by pressing [E]. Doing so triggers a smaller explosion compared to the one caused by the Bomber, resulting in the robot's destruction and potentially harming nearby players.

How to deal with:
Avoid interacting with the button on the Robot Button's surface. It's a straightforward enemy, so just steer clear of activating it accidentally.

Danger Level: 1
Mime
Description:
The Mime is a tall, humanoid entity clad in a beret, striped shirt, pants, and glasses. Its shirt bears indented stripes, and it sports a large, eerie smile.

Behavior:
The Mime moves by transitioning between poses, resembling classic pantomime movements. It patrols in this manner until a player approaches. Upon detection, it will start moving toward its chosen target, emitting a low hum as it closes in. Touching the Mime proves fatal, instantly resulting in the player's demise. Though the exact limit of their presence is uncertain, reports indicate encounters with hoards of up to two Mimes. Additional information on this matter would be valuable.

How to deal with:
Players can effectively neutralize the Mime threat using a shock stick or simply outrun it. Despite its ability to transition between locations, there is a discernible pause between these movements. This window allows players to outpace the Mime by either walking or sprinting, ensuring a safe retreat.

Danger Level: 3
Ultra Knifa/Ultra Knifo
Description:
Ultra Knifo presents as a figure larger than the player, donning a small white cut-out bed sheet reminiscent of the one used by Knifo. Additionally, Ultra Knifo possesses other features akin to Knifo, such as wielding a small silver knife. However, unlike Knifo, Ultra Knifo exposes more parts of its actual body. Notably, Ultra Knifo's attire includes white boots that transition to a darker shade near the bottom.

Behavior:
Ultra Knifo, accompanied by three regular Knifos, traverses the map at a relatively slow pace, emitting a low-pitched giggle reminiscent of Knifo. Upon encountering a player, Ultra Knifo briefly observes them before initiating pursuit. While its speed is slower than that of the player's running pace, Ultra Knifo's approach is deliberate. If a targeted player is inaccessible due to elevation, Ultra Knifo executes a high jump, surpassing typical Knifo capabilities. A swing from its knife inflicts approximately 35-40% damage. After a period of pursuit, Ultra Knifo disengages and retreats.

How to deal with:
Escaping Ultra Knifo primarily relies on utilizing your stamina efficiently, exploiting its slower pace compared to your running speed. Employing a goo-ball can buy you precious moments, while the Shock-stick serves as a last resort for halting its pursuit. However, exercise caution when deploying shock tactics, as Ultra Knifo's collapse from a shock could pose a danger if you're caught beneath it.

Danger Level: 3
Cam Creep
Description:
CamCreep is a lanky, towering figure with a pallid complexion, sporting an unsettling grin and unnaturally wide, staring eyes. His elongated limbs and oversized hands and head add to his eerie appearance.

Behavior:
Cam Creep operates exclusively through the lens of a camera, remaining invisible to players without one. He silently stalks the player recording with the camera, aiming to get close enough to snap their neck. Once detected or lingering around a player for too long, Cam Creep retreats into the darkness for 20 seconds before resuming his pursuit.

How to deal with:
Keep an eye on your camera feed for any signs of Cam Creep's approach, and be ready to zap him with the Shock Stick if he gets too close.

Danger Level: 1
Snail Spawner/Worm
Description:
With two elongated eye stalks and a hovering body, the Snail Spawner will soar around the map until it locates a player.

Behavior:
If you have a soft spot for Snailmen, then the Snail Spawner might become your new buddy. Once it locks onto a target, it can churn out up to 25 Snailmen. However, these aren't permanent additions, as they disappear after about 30 seconds. But before they vanish, the Snail Spawner will have slipped away.

With so many Snailmen popping up and the way they appear (the spawner zooms around, shooting out beams that turn into Snailmen wherever they land), it's tough to dodge them all. Dealing with one Snailman is a breeze, but when they come at you in packs, it's a different story.

Imagine facing not one, but five hoards of Snailmen, each five times stronger.

Even if you zap the Snail Spawner with a Shock Stick, it'll crash down but keep on spawning snails.

How to deal with:
If you encounter the Snail Spawner, your best bet is to start running immediately, as it will promptly summon up to 25 Zombe monsters! While these snail-like creatures will eventually disappear, you certainly don't want to find yourself trapped in a room with 25 Zombes swarming you to death before that occurs...

Danger Level: 4
Harpooner
Description:
Harpooner is a towering humanoid figure clad in a loose-fitting grey coat, complete with a hood, and a conspicuous holster for a harpoon gun strapped to its back.

Behavior:
Once Harpooner spots a player, it strides purposefully towards them. After closing the distance, it takes a brief moment to ready its harpoon gun, then aims and fires at the targeted player. If hit, the player sustains minor damage and experiences restricted movement. After a short interval, Harpooner reels in the ensnared player, separating them from the group. Upon drawing the player close, Harpooner delivers a forceful kick, inflicting significant damage and causing the player to tumble. While Harpooner focuses on its captive, it only targets them with its kick, but acts indiscriminately if no one is ensnared. There is no cooldown on its kick, so it's crucial to avoid confined spaces to prevent multiple kicks. Breaking line of sight causes the line to snap, freeing the player. Harpooner is manageable alone, but becomes a formidable threat if it drags you into the path of another entity.

How to deal with:
Keeping an eye out for the harpoon loading animation gives you a brief window of 1-2 seconds to flee or seek cover. If hit by the harpoon, try to break line of sight by ducking behind corners or obstacles. Sprinting away can also sever the connection. The Shock Stick and Goo Ball are effective tools against this entity. Additionally, using the Rescue Hook on a caught player will also break the line, freeing them from Harpooner's grasp.

Danger Level: 4
Infiltrator
Description:
The Infiltrator is a master of disguise, appearing as an exact duplicate of one of your teammates. It mirrors their appearance, including their emoticon face and color, making it difficult to distinguish from a real teammate.

Behavior:
The Infiltrator adopts the guise of a crew member, blending in seamlessly until it's alone with another player. In this moment, its face and flashlight blink red, signaling its true intentions. With a menacing expression, it gives chase, seeking to capture its prey. Once caught, it deceives its victim by appearing to offer a comforting embrace, but in reality, it drains their health slowly.

To lure unsuspecting players, the Infiltrator resorts to dancing or emoting, enticing them to draw near or follow, unaware of the danger lurking beneath its facade.

How to deal with:
Staying in groups of at least two players and maintaining proximity to your teammates is crucial for evading the Infiltrator. Exercise caution around deceased players, as the Infiltrator may assume their identity. To discern real players from impostors, use verbal communication to confirm their authenticity. If the Infiltrator draws near, utilize the shock stick to repel it and protect yourself.

Danger Level: 3
Voidrone/Black Hole Bot
Description:
The Black Hole Bot is a formidable foe, resembling a robotic dog with screens displaying angry expressions in various directions. Positioned at its center is a large capsule-like device.

Behavior:
The Black Hole Bot prowls the map, seeking out players. Once it locates a target, it lands nearby and initiates a countdown from 10 seconds. When the countdown ends, a black hole materializes from its center, expanding gradually. This vortex pulls in anything nearby, instantly ending the lives of those caught within. The black hole continues to grow until all players have escaped the Old World or perished.

How to deal with:
Avoiding the Black Hole Bot is crucial since it cannot be countered. Keep moving to prevent it from targeting you and initiating the black hole. Always stay on the move and steer clear of the Black Hole Bot to ensure your survival.

Danger Level: 4
Wallo
Description:
Wallo emerges suddenly when a player is nearby, materializing through a mysterious portal. It swiftly seizes a nearby player with its six arms, pulling them into its grasp.

Behavior:
Wallo presents an intriguing challenge by transporting players to one of four realms upon ensnaring them in its grasp. Each realm boasts unique characteristics and obstacles, demanding varied strategies for navigation. However, upon reaching the end of a realm, players are returned to the familiar map, albeit in a random location.

How to deal with:
Once ensnared by Wallo, escape becomes nearly impossible, and spotting it before it strikes is a daunting task. However, being caught doesn't result in immediate death. Instead, you're transported to one of four distinct realms, each presenting its own challenges. To return to the real map, you must navigate through the realm's course and reach its end. Afterward, you're spawned in a random location on the actual map.

Danger Level: 3

Hordes
Hordes represent an uncommon phenomenon during dives, where instead of encountering a diverse array of enemies, players face multiple instances of the same enemy type, occasionally accompanied by one or two outliers.
This guide segment will delve into specific instances of hordes observed within the game.

Environmental Hazards are still present during horde dives.

Cursed Items:
Animal Statues
Description:
The set comprises two stone figures: one depicting a rabbit and the other a duck, playing on the amusing concept that the side profile of a rabbit resembles that of a duck and vice versa. When the player lifts the duck figure, they gradually begin to ascend, sustaining minor damage over time. This ascent cannot be halted by any means except one.

How to deal with:
To cease the floating, a teammate must pass the floating player the opposite statue, and they will descend to the ground with only minor damage.

(Photos belongs to: WorldEndWonder)
Gears
Description:
The factory map is teeming with gears, constantly rotating, buzzing, and bustling with activity. However, they pose a significant hazard if you're not cautious. Gears deal damage slightly exceeding half of the player's health and frequently launch them into the air, making them a perilous obstacle, particularly when hastily escaping adversaries.

How to deal with:
Absolutely, staying aware of your surroundings is key to survival, especially in a perilous environment like the factory map.

Chorby
Description:
A statue head thath looks like animal statue. It makes strange noises, and besides that, it doesn't really do much; it's just there to garner more views.

How to deal with:
Just record it and leave, it won't do anything to you.
Radio
Description:
The radio emits a low-frequency signal that attracts nearby monsters when activated. It's a risky device to use as it can quickly overwhelm you with enemies if you're not careful.

How to deal with:
Avoid switching it on unless you're looking for more attention from monsters.
Big Slaps Painting
Description:
When carried for more than 3 seconds, Big Slap will spawn nearby the player's current location.

How to deal with:
Avoid picking it up altogether.
Bones

Description:
Bones are mysterious items found within facilities. Recording them with the camera item can lead to a sudden spike in views or generate comments. However, the origin of these bones remains a mystery. It's unclear whose bones they are or which creature left them behind. Considering the ambiguous nature of the players, whether they possess bones or organs remains unknown. They are often referred to as "suits."

How to deal with:
Just record the bones and move on; they won't harm you.
Brain on a stick
Description:
The Curse of Monster Spawn is distinguishable by its large pink brain mounted on a brown stick. It's one of the few colored objects in the vicinity, making it stand out to players. Upon being picked up, the Curse of Monster Spawn will activate, spawning 5 Snails at the nearest enemy spawn point that isn't in direct view of any of the players.

How to deal with:
Avoid picking it up.
Shroom
Description:
The Shroom is a large, oval-shaped rock adorned with multiple white fungi, or colloquially known as shrooms, protruding from its surface. If a player holds the Shroom for more than 3 seconds, they will be transformed into the Shroomed Player, with no way to revert the transformation.

How to deal with:
Try to avoid picking up the shroom, just record it from a distance if needed to avoid this entity.
Container/Radioactive soda
Description:
The Curse of Death manifests as a container adorned with a radioactive waste symbol on the side. This item emits the sound of a loud geiger counter going off. It is one of the four cursed artifacts in the game. Picking up this item and holding it for 3 seconds or more will cause the player holding it to instantly rag-doll and die, dropping the item.

How to deal with:
Exactly, just be mindful of the time you spend holding it.

Description of these items
Lights
Everything in the Lights category is just a different version of a flashlight, for example, and they get brighter as they get more expensive.

Medical
The Medical tab has two very important items: the Hugger and the Defibrillator. The Hugger is the only way to heal in Content Warning, allowing you to hug your friends to top off their HP. The Defibrillator, as you might expect, allows you to revive fallen teammates if they have an unlucky encounter with a monster. Make sure to get footage of their corpse for some extra views, though.

Gadgets
In the Gadgets section, you’ll find tools that will improve your videos and help you get more views. The Boom Mic will amplify the audio of anything that you point it at, getting you more overall views. The Clapper lets you make a funny clapping sound that will drive your friends crazy. It also gets you more views if it’s in your video. The Goo Ball is a sticky grenade that you can throw to slow down monsters, perfect for capturing some stable, steady footage. Finally, the Shock Stick is a melee weapon that lets you defend yourself from creatures.

Emotes
The two Emote tabs are self-explanatory. Purchasing emotes will let you dance and do backflips, among other things. Performing an emote on camera should get you more views, but we’re not too sure about this one yet. Either way, it’s funny. Buy them if you have any spare cash.

Music
The Music section is short.

Best Items to Get First
Finally, let’s go over some of my picks and recommendations for the best items you should get in Content Warning.

Your mileage will vary of course, but here’s what I’ve found to be extra helpful in my own runs:

- Long Flashlight
- Goo Ball
- Boom Mic
- Clapper

The Long Flashlight is pretty decent even if it’s not necessarily the best money can buy in Content Warning. It gets the job done, doesn’t break the bank, and will likely serve you well for most of your runs. You’ll also want to consider picking up the Goo Ball to help you deal with enemies and unexpected encounters, and if you use them properly, chances are good that you won’t even need to heal or revive anyone.

Finally, the Boom Mic and Clapper are great for just increasing the quality of your videos to help you earn more money, and more money means better gear and more cosmetics. These aren’t really priority items, but once you’ve gotten a good feel for how the game plays, you’ll find that these can be invaluable during your runs.

What gives you more views and quota

After analyzing the data, the results are as follows:

First off, let's pay attention! It's worth saving time for short snippets related to the following points (literally a few seconds). The more of these factors are included, the more views there will be. It's worth quickly changing factors from different groups to increase the number of views.

What increases views for monsters:
  • Recording each type of monster for a few seconds,
  • Illuminating the monster with a flashlight while recording,
  • Recording the monster with a stealthy gaze,
  • Player commentary during monster attacks,
  • Recording the monster when it grabs the player, but not for too long,
  • If there are more than 2 units of the same monster, recording each one separately (very effective),
  • Recording spider webs created by the monster,
  • Recording the monster grabbing (tentacles) the ceiling,
  • Recording the monster's explosion and its bombs during explosion and self-destruction (very effective) - this should be recorded well,
  • Recording the monster's reaction to sound.

What increases views for the environment: (just a few seconds)
  • Recording the interior of a house, factory (the entire building),
  • Recording trees and plant life in the garden (briefly),
  • Recording the sound of a diver arriving,
  • Recording large mechanical elements in motion,
  • Recording bones and interactions with remains,
  • Recording lasers,
  • Recording ambient sound.

What increases views for players: (once for each player on screen)
  • Commenting on players (moderately),
  • Damage dealt to the player by the environment or monsters, including falls without actual damage,
  • Player using purchased equipment (once for each type),
  • Player holding a microphone, stun gun, or goo balls and using them against monsters.
  • Remember the diversity of factors when the opportunity arises. It's worth testing this out.

If you have any personal insights that could help other players, feel free to share them in the comments. Best of luck and happy hunting.

Quotas in relation to Content Value
• The initial set of numbers represents the views linked to each quota. Meanwhile, the subsequent set denotes the content value threshold needed to fulfill the quota.

Bonjour, est-ce que le Couteau Ultra (plus grande version du fantôme au couteur), l'agent infiltré et le gros monstre le "pêcheur" sont disponible en jeu s'il vous plaît
Ninjax  [author] Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:59pm
You too bro :steamthumbsup::)
SANTAFECRAFT Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:59pm
k, have a good day
Ninjax  [author] Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:58pm
But that's what I mean in the second tip "electrocute" = use shock stick, sorry for writing that poorly
SANTAFECRAFT Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:54pm
can it go the other way around: player finds flicker, uses shock stick, films, gets outa' there.
Ninjax  [author] Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:47pm
Especially the last tip, because it has been tested by many people
Ninjax  [author] Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:46pm
Then the first tip don't work but the rest should work
SANTAFECRAFT Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:43pm
forward: my friend was killed by flicker, and when i got there... the camera was completely gone.
Ninjax  [author] Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:40pm
Yes, because if I'm not mistaken, it's like this:

Your friend records him before Flicker starts pulling him in with the red light, he'll die, and then you pick up the camera.

You need to electrocute him at the right moment and you'll easily record him.

But The best way to record a Flicker is to press 'R' and use selfie mode. Facing it directly triggers the red light event and instant death.
When you hear the Flicker's close sound, switch to selfie mode, spin slowly to find the red light, then position your back to the light and face away from the Flicker. This allows you to record it and stay alive.

I hope that this comment will help you SANTAFECRAFT
Have a good day :)
SANTAFECRAFT Jul 19, 2024 @ 2:31pm
question: is there a way to film flicker without dying?
