Anyone Can Build Underground

Descrição
This mod allows the races of Men and Elves to build within the Underground lands of the Dwarves.

This is compatible with my previous mod for Dwarves going outside.
This is not lore friendly.

Solely made this so I could hold the Underground counties within Angmar for an Angmar run.


Men and Elves can colonise subterranean counties
Men can build underground Dwarven build just like any Dwarf, as can Elves if the holding is a Delving
Elves can convert Delvings to Elven Refuges and subterranean Refuges into Delvings
All races can currently use the Dwarven Special Buildings
Orc still use their own line of builds, nothing is added for them in terms of expanding past what they can do at base

Non-Subterranean cultures may now fabricate claims on Subterranean counties

As a human king I wasn't able to grant Delvings to non-dwarves or convert them into castles. This mod could use some work, but everything else seems to work just fine! At least for an Elven playthrough, its really good.
