How To Move Without Losing Stamina

Idk how to word things all fancy so ill just explain:

Step 1: You need to look to the left or right of the way you want to go, then move your cursor to the same way you looked.

Step 2: You need to hold the control key, and move you camera to face the way you want to go.

Step 3: Next you need to hold the shift key to sprint.

Step 4: After completing the previous steps, all you need to do is press "Q" or "E" instead of "W" or "S" to move, and are moving at max speed!
(You can still turn with "A" and "D")
