This is a simple guide to help players unlock the yellow doors in Sanctum Anatomica.

Door 1
Location of the door:

Head to the red lit small space and jump down:

Continue until you find this grate, smash it and go through:

When inside, hack this computer to unlock the door:
Door 2
Location of the door:

Smash this grate:

Continue forward and jump through the opening at the end:

When inside, hack the computer to unlock the room:
Door 3
Location of the door:

Bullet jump to this grate, smash it and go through:

When inside, hack the computer to unlock the door:
Door 4
The room looks like this. There is a computer nearby and a yellow door at the far end:

On each side of the room, there is a reactive crystal beneath:
Switch to Operator and shoot the crystals with your amp, then go back and hack the computer.
The door will open in approximately 10 seconds.

So far I only came across it twice in disruption missions (Armatus), near the start of the mission. Connected to the room that mentions Door 1.

Hi there. Great guide, however I came across a fifth locked door with 3 active and one inactive orbs. Took some digging around but I found a video guide for it ( here ). I only found a somachord tone in it though, not sure if it's worth including it in the guide itself but if somebody comes across at least it's mentioned in the comments.

Door number 4 sometimes has 2 computers in it, and reactive crystals are inactive. In that case, gotta hack both to enter. At least that's what I encountered on one of my runs
