Don't keep it in Rizia Imperi that gets a bad reception from the Sazons and your daughter, don't give it to Bernas either Toras will likely coup you giving Sazons too much power same reason you don't pardon Manus's mother.
No more Duke democratically elected council, is the choice. Remember you are a democrat.
I had to reroll a bit part of my starting choices included passing relevant decrees when your father is aleing, join military and fight captors, stop the blood, love your wife, absent father, celebrate diversity, turn down su omnia, go sailing.
opening moves main thing i did diffrent was fund airforce, its the cheapest way to strengthen the military theres also an event turn 3 or 4 to get another squad of paratroopers. both of these things go a long long way to fixing your power projection which is why by wehlen deal you go from -2 to +1 authority per turn
Manpower 3250, Equipment 1250, 0 tanks, 0 trucks, 3 battleships, 2 submarines.
5 Infantry, 1 support vehicle, 2 military ships, 2 submarine, 2 militia, 1 golden guard, 1 azaro elites, 1 sazon levies, 1 marine, 1 mountaineer, 1 flagship
I think the authority issue is low equipment from sales and not training anything throughout, after turn 5 and 6 energy and budget aren't a huge issue and late game energy becomes a bit lower but still +4 or +3.
At turns 5,6 and 7 I'm going to try and buy some equipment and train some units failing that on turn 5 build one of the military factories. Factories are because early on in the guide were relying a lot on selling military stockpiles for budget which weakens power projection
in 3.0.9
I'm losing 2 from power projection from pretty much turn 1 then when you weaken tradition with the reforms in turn 6 and by turn 7 I've got +6 romus -1 lost territorial integrity (won gas field dispute but things still playing out with wehlen, pales and derdia) -1 weakening traditions, -1 RPP leading house.
Because the authority turns off so badly and I've got Authority 2 (+2), Budget 14 (+8) and Energy 17 (+4) instead of Authority 7 (+5) Budget 11 (+10) Energy 12 (+9)
