Save Editing for Fun and Profit (Rizia Edition)

Just a simple Guide to play the game how you want to because who needs regulations if you can cheat your way trough Life?

Preparations

1.Locate your savegame at
C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Torpor Games\Suzerain

You also need a text editor, preferably Notepad++ or Ultraedit, but Windows Notepad would work.

2.Now open your game file like "Active..." or "Save..."
3.Press Ctl+F and search for "[\"RiziaDLC.Resources_Budget\"]=" and change the number to your likings
4.You can also change the amount of Authority and Energy, just replace "Budget" with one of those
5.Have fun

Appproval of Council

If you want to set the approval of your council then do the same to step 2 and search for
[\"RiziaDLC.Relations_Hugo\"]=

Set the number between -5 and 5 and It will work

Same for Sal Ignatius [\"RiziaDLC.Relations_Sal\"]=
For the others you have to try for yourself

Military

For more Manpower search for
[\"RiziaDLC.Resources_Military_Manpower\"]=
For Equipment
[\"RiziaDLC.Resources_Military_Equipment\"]=
For Tanks
[\"RiziaDLC.Resources_Military_Tanks\"]=
For Ships

Does anyone know how to increase max number of decrees in base game now? Before, you would go in and find "MaxNumberOfEnactedDecrees" but now its missing

@mcimpact, Yeah I had both enacted which is why that confused me, but for some reason the budget change didn't do anything, but it also worked in another playthrough, so who knows.

@Nix make sure you have the income tax enacted, since that's the variable being modified. Your energy per turn also won't be affected until you build the hydrodam.
