Thief Gold crashes fix

Fix for crashes that occurring when you launching the game or missions/training

The issue

Game is crashing when you trying to launch the game itself or start mission/training, with no error message, but with short-time black screen.
Well, i've got those crashes and didn't found any fixes for them here in Steam, so decided to create this little guide for people, that can't solve the problem.
Tfix mod won't help you here, so if you trying to fix the issue with it - this is the wrong way.

Solution

You just go here and download the archive.
================
Extract all files from it in the directory of your game.
For Steam it will look something like this - (....SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\thief_gold)
For other copies - i dont know, just find your game folder :)
Replace the initial files in folder with new ones.
================
Try to start the game and your missions now.


WARNING!
DO NOT verify integrity of game files, otherwise Steam will replace fix-files with old ones, and you will face the crashes again!

Сompatibility

Tested only with Steam version "Thief Gold", so i don't know about other versions of the game including pirate copies.

I didn't tested this solution with Tfix and other mods for the compatibilities, so won't grant working of your game setup if you'll install something more than this archive. But if you wish for some mods - you free to try.
