A trick for finding them all

I have discovered an interesting behavior (exploit?) of this game: Let's say you start at Candle Room A. You proceed through the halls and reach the next one, Candle Room B. If you look at the candles (make sure to actually get near them, as the candle flames won't show from afar even if they're lit) and discover that there are no flames (meaning you failed to find the anomaly), you can go back and the anomaly will still be there, allowing you to find out which one you missed. Then, if you keep going back and reach Candle Room A (the original one) and keep going, it will start a new cycle, but there is a high chance that the same anomaly you failed to find will appear again! This is not guaranteed, but if you keep doing this backtracking behavior, it seems to greatly increase the chance that the same anomaly you failed to find the first time will appear again, allowing you to get the Codex Entry for it.

There will be a painting of a skull under the desk with the phonograph.

The phonograph will be turned off, not producing sound, and its red light indicator will be off.

Feline Repose

The cat will stop to rest on the first rug it encounters (the last rug from the player's perspective) rather than continue forward.

The Madonna painting on the right becomes a vision from hell.

Chromatic Shift

The yellow box becomes blue.

Textile Disarray

The rugs, which are normally almost perfectly straight, become somewhat slanted/angled.

Silent Watcher

The wooden statue will be looking towards you, rather than facing towards the doors as it usually does.

Temporal Inversion

The clock will be upside down.

The Grave

There will be a coffin under the floor, which has now become transparent glass.
