* If you're just looking for general permission, sure, you can print them.
* If you're talking about acquiring the images, that's easily done from the Custom option in the right-click menu.
I don't know how exactly that happened, but you're right, so I made sure "Hands" was un-ticked for all mats. You're credited in the changelog for bringing it to my attention. Thanks!
The person who did the scans is Jod, and unlike my pictures, which I'd put on my GitHub page, Jod chose to exclusively use the Steam Cloud for image hosting, so there currently isn't any single link where you can find 100% of the images (especially since the card backs seen in the mod are still hosted by me; the main back is my original picture, as I felt it was better-colorized, and the Critical back is a slightly recolored version of Jod's scan). Jod may, however, feel free to provide you a link, should they feel like putting them on, for example, G-Drive or something.
