Complete Indexes for reference, in case you want to complete your own.

Preface

This is a complete copy of the Card Index, Charm Index, and Character Index.

Completing these Indexes is not required for anything and confers no reward.
However, if you were looking to complete your own, you can use this list to find what you're missing.

Immediately after taking these screenshots, some of the card localisation was updated, so some of the text may not match the current version of the game.

If you're having trouble reading any text, try viewing the full original-size versions of the images.

Card Index (Balance)

I'm not certain what exactly adds a card to your Card Index, but having the card in your Deck should be enough. If you want to be safe, having the card in your hand (except via the effects of Urgent Delivery or Whispers of Darkness) should definitely count. Some cards are Unplayable, so it's unlikely that you need to play the cards.

Balance cards can appear while using the Balance-style deck.


Ruby's Wish is unlocked via Important request: Restore Ruby's Energy.
Vapor Trail is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
One Oracle is unlocked via Important request: Restore Dia's Energy.
Yohane Bread is unlocked via Important request: Restore Hanamaru's Energy.
Phoenix is unlocked via Important request: Restore Chika's Energy.
Dragonfly Return is unlocked via Important request: Restore You's Energy.
Warshimer's Secret ("Mysteries of Warshimer") is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.

Card Index (Power)

Power cards can appear while using the Power-style deck.


Chant is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
You're not alone is unlocked via Important request: Restore Riko's Energy.
Magic Eye is unlocked via Important request: Defeat Celestial Master Yohane.
Tribute from Heaven is unlocked via Important request: Defeat Mirror.
Strength Training is unlocked via Important request: Restore Kanan's Energy.
Do your Rubesty! is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Alright! is unlocked via Important request: Restore Mari's Energy.

Card Index (Others)

"Other" cards are created in your starting deck, or as a result of another card, a charm, an event, or an enemy attack.


Macarons is obtained via the Mari Badge.
Shishinoshin is obtained via the Shishinoshin Badge.
Pellapie is obtained via the Pellapie Badge.
Specialty Mikan is obtained from the Power card "Let's eat!".
Tackle is obtained from the Power card "My Lailaps".
Attack and Guard are present in your starting deck.
Tonosama is obtained from the Balance card "Maintenance".
Playful Bites is obtained from the Power cards "Fateful Encounter", "Reliable Partner", or "Best Partner".

Scratch is obtained from the Power card "Piggy!".
Fatigue is obtained from the Power card "Fall of the Phoenix Dragon".
Vertigo is obtained from the Power card "Coward".
Distractions is obtained from the Power card "Squeal!", or from the Mikan Badge.
Absentminded is given to you by an enemy.
Cowardice Breeze is given to you by an enemy.
Exhaustion is given to you by an enemy.
Nightmare is given to you by an enemy.
Anxiety is, um, from an enemy. I think. Might be from an event, or the Chika Emblem.
A Courageous Step is obtained from an event where Lailaps offers you different amounts of money with increasing chances for a curse card.

Card Index (Summon Cards)

I'd hope you can fill this one out by yourself, but for completion's sake,

Charm Index

Charms must be taken to add them to your Charm Index. You rarely have a reason to avoid taking a charm, so these will likely fill up without much effort. I've edited the names of each charm onto them for good measure.


Yohane's Bag is the starting charm for the Fortune-Teller outfit.

Ruby Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Dia Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Kohaku Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Hanamaru Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Chika Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Astounding Marcy Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Astounding Tommy Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.
Shiitake Badge is unlocked via the Ability Enhancement Exchange.

Messenger is unlocked via Important request: Intensive Training for Continuous Punches.
Gentle Wolf is unlocked via Important request: No violence!
Hanamaru's Pouch is acquired from an event where Hanamaru offers you a 50% chance of receiving it.
Emblems are acquired at the end of any given chapter.
Mechanic is unlocked via Important request: One is enough.
Mikan Badge is acquired from an event where Ruby forcibly gives you a charm, which has a 50% chance of being the Mikan Badge.
Pyosuke Badge is given to the player when playing on Easy difficulty.
Hime-Poyo Badge is given to the player when playing on Very Easy difficulty.

Character Index

Characters will fill the Index as you meet or fight them. This will naturally fill itself up, so I have not added any names.


King Mikan (Above Nightwicked Hanamaru) can only be fought via an event space where Yohane is offered a fight with a "Special strong enemy".

There is a request to defeat 15 Mikans, but this means 15 Mikans of any type. As far as I know none have been added, and the screenshot was complete when I took it.
