How to remove this achievement

Want to remove this achievement effectively without using any 3rd-party programs?

Description

This guide was specifically made for Solenars Edge II: Aurora of The Seventh Dawn because of the achievement it gives upon opening the game and it doesn't go away even after using 3rd-party programs that remove achievements.

As I was making the guide and was testing it, I found out that it also works for every other game, hence it was changed to any steam game and not just for this.
