What happened: The nerfed crown now causes you to KEEP ONE LESS TOKEN from seek tribute actions-- that means, as a baron (which you start as) you only keep 1 token from seek tribute! that means you would have to seek tribute 3 times in order to keep 3 tokens!
The Amulet of Nobility, in contrast, brings you to Marquis status, allowing you to keep 3 tokens from each seek tribute action. So, while the player with an entire crown dedicated to a 3rd order now seeks tribute 3 times for 3 tokens, the player with amulet of nobility + a ring of their choosing (ring of the loyal servant, most likely) can seek tribute twice for 6 tokens! Add to that the benefits of being a marquis vs baron, and they begin the game with a massive advantage!
Might be worth factoring in the differences of those that are overt (known to all at game start) and those that are covert (hidden at game start)
Well done! My opinions may be different from yours but it's good of you to make guides for the community.
