Background info and Rambling:
The path of the Necromancer is hard and lonely road.
Most of the magical community shuns your research because of the stigma associated with the practice of necromancy. The common people can't understand your moral perspective, so they view your actions as a desecration of the dead.

Still worse, your newly revived subordinate has reverted to a pile of ash!
It's no wonder necromancers attack people at random, they've been isolated by society and their research subjects turn to a pile of ash within a matter of moments.

But fear not!!
For all necromancers now know, "what is dead may never die," so any corpse that is revived by "Raise Zombie, Reanimate, Revenant, or Dread Zombie" will not be turned into dust. (Skeletons and Corpses are too few in Skyrim to let them go to waste)

*Horrible experience, which lead to me creating the "What Is Dead May Never Die" mod*
Filled my house in Whiterun with a ton of skeletons, so I could create a skeleton army by using the ritual stone spell to reanimate them. However, my army seemed to be missing something.. a powerful mage!

After searching far and wide, I finally found the strongest mage that I could reanimate. While I continued to look for more skeletons, I stored my new ice mage at the Whiterun house, with the skeleton army. To my horror, I came home one day and the ice mage was standing in my kitchen (his dungeon reset, so he reset in my house!! With Level adjustments -_-lll) I couldn't walk through my own house without being killed instantly by a blizzard spell and he was summoning my skeletons with low grade necromancy!! Turning all my hard work to dust XD

Of course I did the most logical thing, grabbed all the skeletons I could with the ritual spell (after many reloads) and never returned to my Whiterun house.. I still can't go back lol. Let this be a lesson to everyone, what is dead can always reset one day and steal your house.

Works great most of the time, but I've noticed that some of Serana's raised dead still disintegrate on death; is it just me?

Only a fool would worship a tree. Join me in burning these false gods as an offering to our Lord of Light, R'hllor.
