A Rotey Pack

A mod with tons of graphical changes, with minimal changes to non-boss enemies.

I decided for the sake of cleaning up my mods folder, and not having lots of the same files fighting over which image to flop down, I'd make a pack featuring graphical changes that I like, and merging most of the shared files they use.

This pack does feature some "booba", but to my knowledge, I have removed any n*ps and v*g, but if you encounter any, or a bug, please let me know.
