Bubsy Bobcat

He's fast, has attitude, and is everybody's favorite furry video game mascot. He is none other than Bubsy the Bobcat! What could possibly go wrong?!

MOVE SET

JAB: YARN TOSS
Bubsy will lob a ball of yarn. Not exactly an effective weapon, but he has a lot of it and can be thrown rapidly.

SIDE TILT: PUNCH
Bubsy swipes his opponent with his nasty, but pristinely filed claws.

UP TILT: FLIP KICK
Bubsy flips into the air, whacking those in his radius. Opponents directly above Bubsy are particularly injured.

DOWN TILT: KICK
BUBSY propels his powerful feet forward, pushing opponents a fair distance.

DASH ATTACK: SLIP UP
Bubsy slips on a banana peel, propelling him and anyone in his path forward.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL: ATOM LAUNCH
Bubsy launches an atom in front of him. He can charge it up for an especially devastating attack, however if Bubsy charges it for too long it will blow up in his face. To avoid spam, Bubsy must wait for this attack to recharge before using it again. Attempting to perform this attack before it recharges will simply make Bubsy perform a taunt.

SIDE SPECIAL: CAT FIGHT
Bubsy flails his fists rapidly into a cloud of claws and dust, hitting his opponents to a maximum of for times. Bubsy loses his grounding and slips around afterwards, but this attack can be useful for tumultuous situations such as crowd control or wombo combos, etc.

UP / DOWN SPECIAL: VANISHING ACT
Bubsy can remain invisible while stationary.

ULTRA: ROCKET
Bubsy conjures a rocket which crashes directly into the ground, exploding anyone it hits for devastating damage.

OTHER FEATURES
Bubsy walks at a moderate pace, but speeds up rapidly when dashing. He glides relatively slowly in the air, however is still capable of fast falling with the down stick. When shielding, Bubsy turns into DARK BUBSY. Just like in the games, Bubsy has plenty of things to say. He has a myriad of dialogue he may spew when attacking, getting hit, taunting, or dying

Bubsy belongs to Accolade and their successors. All sprites were ripped from various Bubsy titles (except for the Dark Bubsy sprite which was digitally manipulated by me).
