USL League Two (West / Central / East) (4 promoted from each division, 3 auto, 1 playoff, 4 relegated)
American Soccer League (West / Central / East) (4 promoted from each division, 3 auto, 1 playoff, 4 relegated)
National Soccer League (West / Central / East) (4 promoted from each division, 3 auto, 1 playoff)

Lamar Hunt US Open Cup : all teams in all divisions take part, winner goes into continental comp

Supporters Shield : Super Cup between the Lamar Hunt Cup winners and the winner of the MLS

no, only restriction is certain amount of foreign players in your squad, to make that easier, mexican and canadian players are classed as home grown
