The Prince of Pentos

This is a sub-mod for A Game of Thrones. Put it below AGOT in your load order.

Adds the Prince of Pentos to the game. They are now the ruler of Pentos and will inherit the title according to feudal elective. Pentos' status as a Free City, and with the Free City government, remains unchanged.

The Prince of Pentos will recieve a trait upon the start of the game, and upon election, that makes him incapable of exiting a regency. He will start the game in each bookmark with the balance of power firmly in his regent's hands.

The only way to escape the regency is to form the Empire of Pentos and destroy the kingdom-level title.

Plan to add:
Event that kills the Prince after a military loss.
Faction to execute Prince when it fires.
Decision to remove Prince of Pentos trait and copy title history to Empire of Pentos after its creation. Also unique localization for Empire of Pentos (maybe "High Prince" or "Great Prince").

This modifies no vanilla files or AGOT files and will be compatible with everything. Must go below AGOT in load order or it will not work.
