Some people have had problems with this achievement so if you are certain you have clicked all the people I would post in the discussions for the developer. The one fix that has helped some people has been to reset and then re-click all the humans.

Just a bit of information.

On the right side of a store page where the features are listed you can see if a game is restricted by Steam's confidence metric.

It will read as either:

This was implemented by Steam/Valve as a means to fight off "spam games" in the past.
Unfortunately it applies to most new games by indie developers by no fault of their own.
Simply a measure Steam/Valve put in place to check for a game actually being played not just purchased for trading cards or achievement spam thanks to trends of the past.

There are multiple sites that now steal Guides off Steam to build a website for probably ad revenue and whatever other profits from searches online. So, to them just want to say, it would have been kind of you to at least tell the author(s) even if you wouldn't have asked fiirst.

• Fixed images that broke for some reason. Unsure the cause, but many of the images ended up at 0.00kb showing as blank images on the guide uploader window.
  As it errors trying to just re-upload the same named image, the file names were appended to and re uploaded and corresponding code fixed to match.
  
  Here's a picture of this weirdness. If you know what causes this please tell me as it happened to my other Purrfectly Hidden Cats guide as well but it has never happened with any of my others so I am very curious for more details.
  
  As you can see the one my mouse cursor is on, shows as 0 kb, like no data was ever there.
  Bizarre.

• Added some notes above social chatter image with the circles containing two people.
