map was made for my friend's machinima purposes.

❓Features:

NO GAME NEEDED! !! !1
Motel.
Soundscape ambient.
Atmosphere.
Rain with thunderstorm.
Detail vegetation.
Rooms with interior are located under motel.
Color correction included (type mat_colorcorrection 0 in console to disable).
Particles.
AI Nodes and Navigation Mesh.
Cubemaps, LDR and HDR.
Optimization.
