All Secrets Guide (FULL GAME)

This will cover all the secrets that is in update order, and provide solutions to some secrets!

Update 1

Jumping Julian: Just a simple platforming game that in the end, corrupts your OS, and gives you a jumpscare of a static-y man.


SurFur: There are 3 web pages to chose from that give the backstory to this place. If you let the computer read all the pages given, you can hear a backwards message in each that reads:

“Click the numbers in order.”

Once you do so, you will get a new article talking about a mysterious disappearance. Clicking the numbers in order here gives you yet another new article. You can keep going, reading more and more about the articles. After getting far enough, the web-browser will download a video that you can view in the “VidPlayer” program in the start menu. Inside, you can find a QR code that leads to a website:

And the morse code that is played translates to:

“I AM ALWAYS HERE. I AM ALWAYS WATCHING. I KNOW EVERYTHING. THEY THOUGHT I WAS GONE. BUT I’M STILL HERE. NOTHING CAN STOP ME.”

In the website, you can find a text file that is encoded in Hexidecimal. Translating it gives you this message:

“I wander in darkness but never in light. I get to their heads and feed off of their anger. You wish to find me I know you do. Seek out these places and look very hard:”

So far, there doesn’t seem to be anything leading to any secrets. My theory is that they are just fun games to check out.


Pixel Paint: There isn’t much to this one, except if you paint for a while, using a multiude of colors, a 3X3 grid of symbols will appear:

Circle | Triangle | Circle

This will be used for the next program we will be looking at


Puzzle Patterns: Upon inputting the sequence we get from the previous program, we get jumpscared, and get another QR Code to another URL:

This takes us to a youtube video where they interview the creator of Jumping Jullian.

Update 2

BallPopper: After losing all your lives in this game, a child’s face will appear to jumpscare you, and speak in backwards text. The text translates to:

“I Just wanted to play, I just wanted to perform, this isn’t fun, I want my mommy.”

Now. if you read the "6-25-1999" document below, and reach 1990 points and try to close the game, you'll be taken to a realm where if you get the key from Update 3, you can free the soul trapped here.


Documents: Here, you can read up on 3 text files which has different dates. In each one, there 3 digits that seem out of place. Upon putting them together, you get the code, “538” Upon putting this in, you get a new document talking about an incident involving grave digging. The code you get from the Photo gallery (749) will give you another document talking about a car accident with a drunk guy. If you use the code (358), You'll get a document from "6-25-1999" that has a father complaining to the CalvisGames company about the game "Ballpopper" crashing and almost damaging the PC when his son reached the score of 1990 and then try closing the game. If you put in the code (666), you will get 7 documents that say the same thing. The last code which is also from the Photo Gallery (836) gives you a document called “I-C-U”. After reading it and closing it, you will get jumpscared, and get a second part of a URL

Photo Gallery: There isn’t much here. However, if you look at a photo that has a colorful patch of static and click on it, you get a short jumpscare that gives you another 3 digit code (749) for the documents. There is another code hidden in the darkness of the last photo (836) for the documents as well.


Question/Answers Game: At the end of it, you will get jumpscared, and are given the first part of a URL:

Combine this with the previous URL, you are given the full link:

This seems to link to another video where a guy talks about how creepy and unfriendly the new guy is.

Update 3

where_it_started.mp4: If you take a look at this video shortly after Update 3 was released:

At the description, you can find a Hex code that translates to:

CALVIS STUDIOS 1948

At the beginning of the video, after the VHS starts running, there is a hidden hex code that translates to:

And at the end of the video, you can find another hex code that translates to:

om/letter

Combine this with xxworld.c, you'll get the URL of:

This seems to talk about a father writing a final letter to his son Tommy. The father seems to be close to death, and has sent Tommy and his brother to an orphanage and hopes that he will take over his studio when he grows up. He also has a special family heirloom that he doesn't want anyone to know.


Talking Gerald: Nothing much is shown here. However, if you click on the option, “Why do you exist”, you get a garbled message that reads,

“my parents died when i was young. i have no one to love me. drinking was the only thing i was resorted to. that's why she left me. but it doesn't matter. that is why i'm here”.

If you say nice things, you are taken to a screen where the game says that the “Key.dll” file is missing from the 98xx root folder. After saving the soul in Jumping Julian, if you do this again, you’ll be taken to yet another labyrinth that will set you on the path to save the soul trapped inside. And if you insult the character, you get jumpscared by a distorted man that says,

“Now I can see, hes a bigger monster than me”.


Audio Player: In here, you can see 3 audio files. The first one, “Jumping Julian” has a backwards message hidden that says,

“jump off the platform to find the key that will set them all free.”

If you go back to Jumping Jullian, In the first level, if you jump off the right most platform in the first level, you’ll find a key that will be saved. Then if you go to the second level and jump off the left-most platform on the 2nd level… you will see a gate that you can click on, and after trying to launch the game again, you will find a small labyrinth that in the end, you’ll find the soul of the person trapped in the game, and you’ll set them free.
The second audio file, “BallPopper” has another reverse message that reads,

“98xxworld.com/report”

Which just gives more evidence that Talking Gerald is the embodiment of the drunk guy who killed the mother and daughter, and was taken in by the company. The last one, “UKNOWN” has a hidden spectrogram message that reads,

“I AM ALWAYS WATCHING. I AM ALWAYS HERE” With what looks like eyes in the middle.


Type Writer: In here, if you set the font size to around 20, and have bold, italic, and underline selected, and when you type something and delete it, you’ll get a hidden hexadecimal code that translates to:

This video details a new worker named “Jennie” who works at CalvisGames, and is noticing that there is no communication, mediocre games, and things are always top secret.


Tank Blast: In here, if you get 2500 points, a portal will appear that upon going inside, you find a QR code that links you to the URL:

This seems to be a photo montage of the Razii Inc from 1991-1998

Update 4

Asteroid Blast: in this one, if you get 10,000 points, a black hole will appear for you to enter. If you saved Talking Gerald’s soul, you will be taken to a place where you can save the soul of a person trapped in this game. If you lose, you get to see a scene where a kid get dragged into their computer, with a red figure standing behind them, and laughing.


Dial Caller: In this one, if you call 666-666-66666, and just wait for a few seconds, someone will pick up, and repeat the words,

“you can’t”.

If you input the phone number that you find the Photo Editor (555-398-74961), you’ll get a distorted call of someone what says,

“39 38 78 78 77 6f 72 6c 64 2e 63 6f 6d 2f 39 31 31 63 6c 73”

Which translates to

At the end of the video, there is a reverse message that reads,

“Let me out”

And in the description of the video, there is another phone number to call, (466-444-86273). Upon calling the number… you just hear breathing. If you hang up and leave the program, you get a unknown number calling you. If you respond, you get a reverse message that reads,

“Just leave now. Save yourself. They have done this to us. There isn't just one monster. Leave before it's too late. Heed our warning.”

After completing the Match Game content, there is a phone number to call (888-746-39247). After calling the number, you get another URL:

Photo Editor: In this one, you can edit the 3 photos that are in the system’s files. If you do, you can find a phone number that you can input in the dial caller program.


Match Game: In this one, after completing 4 levels, there is a QR code that can be read, that leads to the URL:

At the end of the video, there is another phone number to call for the dial caller program

Update 5

Trailer: If you look at the 5.0 Trailer:

and go frame by frame, you will find a hidden link:

This seems to foreshadow the two victims that we will learn more about in the game itself. You can also see ceaser Cipher code at the very end that translates to:

"Before hurting others, feel the pain you will inflict on others - Debasish Mridha"
"It is not the pain. It's who it came from - Drishti Bablani"


Dancing with Darcy: If you fail at any point, Darcy will begin to ask why she failed, and after distorting the screen, It then shows the image of a daughter and mother in a car with distorted faces. If you win the mini-game by completing all 3 levels, she will start speaking in reverse text that says,

“We left him because he was not stable. He hurt us day and night. I know it was wrong for me to leave him for someone else, but now he has hurt so many others and needs to be stopped.”

Afterwards, if you freed the previous souls, you will be taken to another area where you can free the souls trapped in this game.


BookReader: In each of the stories, you can find hidden digits inside (the third story talks about how a business owner, who is desperate for profit in his failing company, head to an abandoned factory to find a hidden PC that had a demonic entity that possessed the owner, and took him over to try and rebuild his company, even though it will fail.). Putting them together, you get: (784-623-58746) If you put this number in the dial caller program, someone picks up, saying,

“Hello.”

before hanging up. If you wait at the desktop for a while, you get another random call who gives out the phrase,

“00101111 01110011 01100011 01100100”

which translates to

“/scd”

VideoEditor: With this, you can edit the video that was downloaded previously from the Surfer program. Brightening it up, you can see the red spots are actually eyes. If you invert the color, you can actually see a hidden QR code hidden inside a QR code that gives you the URL

It links to a video that In the description, has a Ceaser Cipher that when decoded, shows the text,

“MUNKFORD FAMILY HOME”.

The video also has hidden subtitles that give out the worlds:

“This house was passed down for generations. Too many memories to count. Why did he have to hurt us? I am guilty of leaving him for someone else. but we had no choice. He's dangerous. HELP US. Before it's too late.”


MathGame: If you fail this game, you will get a meeting by a entity, and yet another second half of a URL link,

“/xcmnlymm-wuff”

Which, upon deciphering with a ceaser cipher decoder, you get the decoded phrase of:

“/distress-call”

and putting it with the 98xxworld website, can give you this URL:

This video talks about how an employee went to the basement, found “The Entity”, and saw it killing a women, and he ran away and hid in a janitor’s closet, but “The Entity” found him as the video ends. In the description, is yet another ceaser cipher that when decoded, you get the phrase,

“THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO REBELS.”

Update 6

Kingdom Quest: If you win the game, you get a small scene where the player character calls out to her mother, but nothing happens. She then says that this is her eternal hell and jumpscares you with her distorted face.
In that final level with the 2 bloody keys, if you go up to the north block that is discolored from the others, you’ll be taken to the realm where you can save the final souls.


Settings: This has no secrets. This is just a program to change your window size, and preform a full factory reset.


Security: This is where saving all those souls comes in handy. If you go to each game and saved all their souls, you can press execute, and remove the mitergnah.exe virus and put the souls truly at peace.


Shape Game: After beating it, you get a QR code that takes you to the website:

Afterwards, a few seconds later after booting back up to the game, you get a call from an unknown entity who says this:

“44 21 42 14 43 22 11 42 14”

Which upon using the codeblock site, gives you the final URL:

This seems to give us a total children death count of 15, and that there was a demon that got stuck in Andrew’s head, and forced him to die when Andrew was stuck in solitary confinement.


Restart: In the "START" menu, there is now a new option to restart your PC. If you keep resetting the PC, a spooky smiling face will slowly appear in the background. After enough times, the background will disappear, leaving only the face. After a few seconds on the desktop, the game will "crash", and a few more seconds later, you get jump-scared. after the jump-scare, the game will come back like nothing ever happened. No secrets afterwards. This just seems to be a fun thing you can do.

Endings + Post Game Content

Bad Ending: After getting all the requirements for the Security Program to be activated, a void hole will appear on the desktop. Upon clicking on it, you will be taken over by the demonic entity.

Good Ending: Ignore the void portal, and activate the Security program to get this ending.



Post-Game

If you try to open the game again after the good ending, Jumping Julian will talk to you, thanking you for helping Jackson, and the other kids for freeing their souls. Although the evil is gone, he feels somewhat responsible for what he has done, but it doesn't matter to him anymore. He says that while there are secrets that can still be found, this is where it truly ends. He says his goodbyes, and the game closes.


98xxworld website: If you check out the website, you can find that there is now a user manual you can read through. In here, you can find some typos that when collected, say,

“I’LL TAKE BACK WHAT’S RIGHTFULLY MINE”

There’s also a new number to call for the DialCaller program:

When you call the number from the program, you just learn that the MIREZ Inc. has long closed its services, and no one works there anymore.

“IT WAS THE HATE THAT BROUGHT ME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.”
