The puzzle piece that got moved used to be in the "Coffin Room." It was moved to the piece of paper in the room prior, which is the "street" of 9th Street.
This guide lists both locations but does not make a note of this alteration. So this guide contains 49 puzzle piece locations, rather than the in-game value of 48. I think it's fine if the guide notes both the pre-patch and post-patch spots for the altered puzzle piece, but the guide could clarify this to make it clearer for the reader. I noticed a couple of earlier commenters were confused by this.
If you're missing a puzzle piece, unfortunately it's likely that you glossed over one of the other puzzle pieces by mistake and it's unrelated to the 9th Street/Coffin Room puzzle piece. In the files, PuzzleFound_12 is the one you obtain from Theresa at the park.
So I just added "PuzzleFound_12":{"__type":"System.Boolean,mscorlib","value":true} and PuzzleFoundTotal "48", then back into game and tram fitting the last piece to the puzzle (yep, it doesn't unlock just by itself, you must complete the puzzle). Bang, game 100% goodbye.
