That`s where I placed my Altar. Just at the entrance behind the secret Bookcase. Good spot covers whole house.

I used this as my home base grate spot I wend ahead and added a 3rd floor and built out the basement, I posted a video on my built.

Theres also a secret entrance in the cellar behind that bookcase. I use this tavern as my main base, perfect amount of space and has a bugged honey tree in the back that keeps spawning honey/wax even after the tree is torn down.

Cool spot. This is basically what I do for my "Fast travel" bases. I have my main base which I built myself and then all my travel spots are interesting POI's I try to refurbish haha.
