I think 5-10m a day is enough to not look suspicious

Is there anything I should be aware of in this, such as limiting the number of times or doing it after a day?

First you need to put 50 bet on red black and both 0's then first scan on echeat engine when bettings closed and animation starts on second round you need to put 100 bet on same spots then next scan on cheat engine when the bettings are closed then select all elements remain in cheat engine and pull them down and press ctrl+a and change the value 100 to 1250000 after that you will win 2.5m then you have to lose one round on purpose (just place 10 bet on random number) to be able to keep doing it after that you can bet 100 and get your 2.5m again
