so this is what the name says, ill be teaching you on best possible guns you can get in OAR so you wont have to waste money, i own all of them and speak from personal experience

introduction

as youve seen by description and the name of this guide, ill be speaking which guns to buy in specifics.

everything that i say is from my personal experience and youre allowed some room to try to make it fit for your playstyle, ill go over main parts for loud/stealth and talk about aesthetics-centered builds and specs-focused ones (occasionally)

this guide is still under work so its not fully finished, ill be making a seperate one on pistols

LC4 (or standard M4)

the starter AR in the game, or the commonly known as LC4 (or as the real counterpart of an M4)

we'll just go over the standard specs of it

damage: 35
fire rate: 650 rounds per minute (RPM) (around 10.8 rounds per sec*)
capacity: 30 rounds
accuracy: above average (60 stock)
recoil: managable (25 stock)
reload time: 1.4 secs
DPS: ~3.23 damage per sec

as you saw by that text above this, we'll talk about what builds based off of mods to use

stealth builds

- angled grip
- suppressor
- any low level optic (optional for better stats)

this is the one i used for fun

requirements:
- marksman hunting scope
- angled grip
- compact mag
- suppressor

loud builds

LMG build[/b[mods:
- single/dual drum magazine
- angled grip (any grip will do)
- normal/heavy muzzle brake
- any optic (optional)

its recommended for you to expirement and try smth that fits your playstyle

not recommended guns

some of the guns i dont recommend from my experience

MK-47

also known as the AK-47

pros:
-russian bias
- looks cool
pretty good DPS (4.5 DPS)
cons:
-not a lot of attachments
- limited grip and optic choices

notes:
i just have it for no reason

L245

or as based off of M249 LMG

pros:
- mag capacity
- 3.2 DPS, kinda self explanatory
cons:
- low damage
- not a lot of attachment options
- no extended mags
- generally overpriced

notes:
i regret buying it ngl

SPR-12

sniper focused AR-15 build

pros:
- high damage
- sniper focused rifle

cons:
- low ammo capacity
- the tripod doesnt work :(

recommended ones

ill be going over recommended guns that i personally use all the time

note: added DPS because i forgot to include it

CX-9

pros:
- good fire rate
- loads of attachments
- good design

cons:
- low damage (compensated by the fire rate)

BPR-28

or just STYER AUG A3

pros:
- highest dmg in an AR ingame
- good overall recoil/accuracy ratio
- pretty good DPS (5.45 DPS)

cons:
- not a lot of mag options (for now)
- slow rpm (about 550)

TACR-H

or just SCAR-H

pros:
- 2nd highest dmg in game for an ar
- good fire rate
- single/dual drum mag capable
- best overall gun
- also good DPS (4.8 DPS)

cons:
- not that i know of while i used it

B46D

or just G36C

pros:
- decent fire rate
- high accuracy/recoil ratio
- decent DPS (3.2 DPS)

cons:
- moderate damage

CX-9 builds

like I dont wanna sound rude, but you are not dumb. You can do better. Doesn't mean willing to though, I think I'd be kinda done with OAR if I played it for 700 hours. (Jesus that's a lot, How many levels do you have?)

WDYM you're not that smart?? Just divide RPM by 60 and multiply by damage? Do that once for each gun (Unmodified) and you have base dps for each weapon. If you can't do it in your head (like me), you literally have a computer right in front of you. I legit just whipped up a calculator and found that the dps for the lc4 is about ~380 in about 5 seconds.
