How to unlock the Debug Menu/Secret Cheat Menu

NOTE That you need to beat the whole game of BBCR to unlock this Debug Menu/Secret Cheat Menu
1. Choose either Classic Style or Party Style then go to the YCTP, then enter the code "09241993"
2. Choose any game style (I usually do Demo Style when I use this Debug Menu/Secret Cheat Menu)
3. Pause your game then you should see a red question mark
4. Click on the red question mark
5. You're good to go! You can turn on all of the settings and get all of the items you want!
