The first and most important question is obviously why should you cheat?

As every good cheater you have to come up with some arbitrary rationalization such as "the game doesnt work properly", "the game is unfair". Bonus points for the nihilistic approach that turns the whole world into a garbage bin ala "everyone cheats anyway so it doesnt make a difference if i do it as well"

#1 Reconnect mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/warhammer40kdarktide/mods/132?tab=description

This mod effectively removes disablers and ledges as threats. Whenever you do get disabled or fall off a ledge and are hanging you simply use this mod to reconnect to the current session and are freed immediately.
Funnily enough this mod doesnt actually let you reconnect after your game crashes. It only works in this cheat way while youre still in the game.

Make sure to set a keybind for it and make it automatically reconnect into the match (in mod options).

DOWNSIDE: Biggest downside is that it resets the scoreboard so you cant properly tell people how much worse they are than you after the match. It also doesnt work when youre already dead BUT, thanks to the hotkey, if you got fast fingers you can still reconnect while youre being launched far off a cliff.

#2 Spidey Sense Mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/warhammer40kdarktide/mods/268?tab=description

The author of this mod claims it (quote): "will add visual indicators to audio cues". That is of course a blatant lie.
What the mod actually does is give you echolocation for all major threats in the game by pulling some arbitrary ingame nontifications allowing you to get a huge amount of information that you couldnt have otherwise.

For example this mod will show you idle ambient crushers standing 40 meters away from you behind a wall and a ton of other stuff. You know those damn idle crushers that basically scream in your ears all the time with their obnoxiously loud audio cues.

DOWNSIDE: Makes your UI look awful. If you did everything correct your game now looks something like this:

#3 Healthbar Mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/warhammer40kdarktide/mods/16?tab=description

Adds customizeable Healthbars to enemies. Great for tracking specials in low visibility areas. Also very useful so you know which melee elites to prioritize in order to thin out large packs of elites faster. Improves resource management so you dont waste grenades on that crusher with 5% hp. Generally useful in various scenarios for tracking and counting priority targets.

DOWNSIDE: none

#4 Third Person Mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/warhammer40kdarktide/mods/111?tab=description

Gives a vastly improved field of vision allowing you to visually identify targets behind and beside you much easier. Pretty self explanatory.

DOWNSIDE: If you started playing this game in first person the melee aiming in third person takes time to get used to. Probably much easier if you started out just using this. Also walls.

#5 Decode Helper
https://www.nexusmods.com/warhammer40kdarktide/mods/252?tab=description

Personal favourite because it really does absolutely nothing but add information that you cant access in normal play at all by showing which areas the decoder will use ahead of time. This allows you to reset slow patterns on start and easily get decodes with symbols that are directly on top of each other.

DOWNSIDE: none

However that said all these mods have been around for quite a while so theres absolutely 0 chance at this point that they care whatsoever.
