How to run games without Vulkan on Linux

A guide on getting games to run without Vulkan.

In order to run windows most Windows games without Vulkan you need to use the following launch option.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%


ROBLOX (Doesn't run under GNU/Linux as of writing this.)
If you play roblox you can get it to run with OpenGL using this script:
(Iirc grapejuice also allows u to switch to OpenGL from directx)

Steam Linux Runtime fix for old Nvidia GPUs

If you have an old nvidia gpu windows games that are on steam will most likely not launch due to a runtime issue. (for further info: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-runtime/issues/420)
Here's the fix for the said issue:
1.Open the file location of Steam Linux Runtime 3.0 (sniper)

2.Download this file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tTyTwkh1uIbrpjLfLnKJry4AJDsdyA1m/view?usp=sharing
3.Put the file you've downloaded into Steam Linux Runtime 3.0's directory & replace it.
(I've discovered this fix from the ProtonDB server.)
