Introduction

The Following is Restricted to: Level 1 Personnel

Congratulations to those of you reading this. No matter what position you’re reading this from, you’re likely serving the Foundation in the long fight for a better world.

This guide will be an overview of the various departments that contribute their blood, sweat, and tears through various means to help the SCP Foundation meet its marks. Both brains and brawn are as valuable as gold. It will also cover other basic information needed to keep Foundation activity as streamlined as possible.

While this guide shouldn’t be your only tool, it will be broad enough to cover most things you need to land on your feet. Without further ado, let’s get started.

( Server Trailer: )
General Orientation
Welcome to Exclusionary Site-33 Cadets, Interns, and new transfers,
as you know from your initial 'Foundation Training Orientation,' you will be working as on-site personnel as a soon-to-be Engineer / Technician, Security Officer, or Junior Researcher. Fail to comply with your initial orientation documents and S.O.P., and you may be removed from the Foundation Training Program and be amnestied, possibly indoctrinated as a Class-D. Please continue to the designated Training Room for further information and proceed through your newly assigned role.

Due to the nature and importance of this site, Site Administration shall be extremely involved during the majority of SCP-related tasks and tests. Should you hear of any off-site VIP Visitors, please follow all administration and department head orders.

Good Luck,
Lieutenant ██████.
Lockdown Response Codes
A Lockdown Response Code (LRC) is a communication technique applied when calling for distress or assistance following a lockdown. An LRC will typically contain a super-compacted description of the situation, represented by 3 values: Site Number, Priority, and Class. Understanding an LRC is short and straightforward. An example would be "15/A/RED-AMBER", which would request an adequate response at site 15 with immediate action to combat at least one Large-Scale Aggressor (LSA) and possible memetic agents.

Not all members of staff are authorized to make an LRC request. Specifically, site directors, containment organizers responsible for the escaped threat, security teams, and all administration members are authorized to issue an LRC code using specific landline communication routes should an SCP object escape or hostile incursion occur.

Options range from [A, B, C, D, E], with A requesting the highest priority. Priority levels act as a gauge of how fast and effective the response needs to be. For example, an E-priority lockdown for a memetic hazard may take several days for a response to be compiled, whereas an A-priority with the same threat will be enacted almost instantly with maximum efficiency to combat a maximum threat.

For measure, below are the approximated response times to each priority level.

Priority Levels:

A - <1 hrs
B - <2 hrs
C - <5 hrs
D - <24 hrs
E - <72 hrs

Current Classifications:

CODE: AMBER
Synopsis: highlights the escape of at least one memetic, infohazardous, or cognitohazardous threat on-site staff are unable to suppress without foreign intervention currently.

Special Guidance: staff is advised to wait calmly for security to escort them and or otherwise remain still, avoid talking (or otherwise acting as a vector for the agent), and close their eyes/ears as best as possible. Do not evacuate by yourself; wait for security to direct you. Do not intervene with compromised staff affected by the agent. Do not attempt to leave the site.

CODE: BLUE
Synopsis: suggests the escape of a sentient object below human intelligence capable of movement.

Special Guidance: N/A, follow orders from security.

CODE: SUPERBLUE
Synopsis: suggests the escape of a sentient object equal to or above human intelligence capable of movement.

Special Guidance: identical evacuation plan to CODE: BLUE.

CODE: GREEN
Synopsis: suggests any possible threat derived from a bio-hazardous, infectious, or other contamination source. These may include highly infectious microorganisms, biological weapons, or anomalous self-sustaining reactions capable of dramatically increasing in severity unless immediately countered. Not necessarily the escape of a single object, a CODE: GREEN may be often used in conjunction with another classification to signify a bio-hazardous threat.

Special Guidance: staff are to avoid contact with any sources of contamination or contaminated individuals above seeking evacuation. Do not leave the site. Staff should expect to be quarantined after the event.

CODE: RED
Synopsis: defines the parameters in which a Large-Scale Aggressor (LSA), such as SCP-2059, has escaped containment and currently poses a substantial threat to the site and Foundation secrecy.

Special Guidance: N/A, follow orders from security.

CODE: BLACK
Synopsis: suggests the escape of a NTT (Non-Terminable Threat) such as SCP-096. A NTT is defined as a threat that, given the circumstances or present resources, is unable to be terminated by response teams during the incident or is otherwise invulnerable to any form of attack.

Special Guidance: staff and security are advised to avoid confrontation with the NTT at all costs. Do not engage fire on the NTT unless it has been proven to slow/hinder the advance of the threat.

CODE: WHITE
Synopsis: used to describe the assault of a highly organized major/minor assimilation force that on-site security is unable to combat.

Special Guidance: staff are advised to evacuate immediately. All SCP objects are to be put into lockdown, and doors/entrances to the site are blocked. Data banks may be encrypted to prevent hostile acquisition of vital information. Do not attack hostile combatants unless absolutely necessary. Wait for AMTF battalions to arrive. Security is to protect staff and assets, not to repress the threat.

CODE: GRAY
Synopsis: identical to CODE: WHITE, however, highlights that the hostile incursion force originated from within the site, often in the form of false staff members. Conveys that hostiles are already within the site and that on-site security may be highly disordered and compromised.

Special Guidance: identical evacuation plan to CODE: WHITE

CODE: MAGENTA
Synopsis: used to designate a lockdown involving a dimensional threat, including a spatial or temporal alteration, continuity error, incorporeal objects, trans-dimensional entities, or objects capable of breaking fundamental natural laws and processes.

Special Guidance: Default evacuation plan, unless evacuation shelters are rendered unprotected due to the nature of the threat, in which case site security will direct you accordingly. MTF teams may require extensive planning before entering the site, so prepare for a possible long wait.

CODE: BLANK
Synopsis: Defines an undescribed threat.

Special Guidance: N/A. Follow orders from security.

CODE: SUPERBLANK
Synopsis: Defines a threat which cannot be described.

Special Guidance: N/A. Follow orders from security.

CODE: COLDSILVER
Synopsis: Defines an event which has or will soon fatally damage the operation of the Foundation. Not for concern of general staff, and unlikely to ever be encountered during your career with the Foundation.

Special Guidance: N/A. Follow orders from security. Expect the eventual liquidation of your department, timescale unpredictable.
Object Classes
Object classes are formal terms used to quickly convey the information risk that an abnormality would pose with its attempted containment.

NOTE: An SCPs object class is NOT how dangerous or lethal said SCP is. It is mostly a measure of how difficult any particular SCP would be to contain. A completely harmless SCP can still fall under Keter qualifications but a dangerous machine can still be ‘Safe’.

SAFE:
Safe-class SCPs are anomalies that are easily and safely contained. This is often due to the fact that the Foundation has researched the SCP well enough that containment does not require significant resources or that the anomalies require a specific and conscious activation or trigger. Classifying an SCP as Safe, however, does not mean that handling or activating it does not pose a threat.

EUCLID:
Euclid-class SCPs are anomalies that require more resources to contain completely or where containment isn't always reliable. Usually, this is because the SCP is insufficiently understood or is inherently unpredictable. Euclid is the Object Class with the greatest scope, and it's usually a safe bet that an SCP will be this class if it doesn't easily fall into any of the other standard Object Classes.
As a note, any autonomous or sapient SCP is generally classified as Euclid due to the inherent unpredictability of an object that can act or think independently.

KETER:
Keter-class SCPs are anomalies that are exceedingly difficult to contain consistently or reliably, with containment procedures often being extensive and complex. The Foundation often can't contain these SCPs well due to not having a solid understanding of the anomaly or lacking the technology to contain or counter it properly. A Keter SCP does not mean the SCP is dangerous, just that it is simply very difficult or costly to contain.

APOLLYON:

Apollyon-class SCPs are anomalies that cannot be contained, are expected to breach containment imminently, or some other similar scenario. Such anomalies are usually associated with world-ending threats or a K-Class Scenario of some kind and require a massive effort from the Foundation to deal with.
Amnestics
Amnestics are tools of the Foundation that are used to wipe the memory of personnel and civilians alike. Amnestics are classified into several classes:

- Class A:
  • Trained Level-2 and Above.
  • Comes in aerosol spray.
  • Removes the last 6-12 hrs.
  • General Amnestic for wiping memory of Class D after testing and of Unauthorized personnel.
- Class B:
  • Trained Level-2 and Above.
  • Oral, Injection, spray.
  • Removes the last 20 - 72hrs
  • General Amnestic for wiping memory of Class D after testing and of Unauthorized personnel.
- Class C:
  • Level-3 Authorization and Above.
  • Injection, spray.
  • Removes the last 4 - 9 Days.
  • General Use for Post-Interrogations/Detainment at a Foundation Controlled Site.
- Class D:
  • Requires at Least Two Level-3 Personnel Authorization and Supervision to be Administered
  • Injection (2 Stage Dose Through IV)
  • Removes the last 3 Weeks
  • To be Used to Counter Effects of Anomalous Psychoses and/or Memetic Incursions
- Class E:
  • Level-4 Request Pending Case Decision by the Ethics Committee
  • Injection (Multiple Stage Doses Through IV)
  • Complete Recall Expungement.
  • In Situations Where the Individual's Identity is Deemed to be a Threat.
- Class F:
  • Level-4 Authorization (Human Trial Testing)
  • Injection (Multiple Stage Doses Used in Conjunction with Other Psychotropics), Visual/Audio Stimuli, Electroconvulsive Therapy
  • Memory Recall Expungement and Identity Reconditioning
  • Experimental Use Only Pending Formal Review
Site Hierarchy
Understanding the Site Hierarchy for proper knowledge of the Chain of Command is vital as you are expected to fully understand your position and the ranking of those above you. Exclusionary Site-33 has a strict structure in place for all site personnel to follow; in the case of any off-site visits, all personnel should seek Site Administration for more information on what to do, as VIP visitors are often expected.

Below is the current listing of the Site Hierarchy; for any questions, please contact a site administration assistant for further details.

Noted positions on the chart indicate the minimum average clearance for said position/ranking, and it is not uncommon for someone in or above set note to have received a higher clearance from the Administrative Department.

For example, receiving Level 3 Clearance as a normal Junior Researcher, Senior Medical Officer, or even a Senior Security Officer is possible with authorization for select individuals within reason and purpose.

Departments
Administrative Department:
“The Administrative department is headed directly by the O5 Command and the Administrator. It directs the Foundation's actions on all levels. This department includes all communication nodes and command centers; every such node and center has a standby for failure redundancy. The jurisdiction of AD also includes the whole Foundation's financial operations, like disposition of funds, accountancy, budget planning etc. Due to the importance of this department, loyalty checks are more frequent here than anywhere else. The record-keeping office also belongs to this department.”
---Foundation Internal Departments

The heart of the Foundation. Bureaucracy. Everything’s destination in the Foundation either begins or ends (sometimes both) on an Administrator’s desk. Notable positions within the Administrative Department are Division Directors, Site Directors, and Trusted Department Heads. It should be noted that Department Leads will also belong to their original department and that more minor positions in this department act as middlemen or messengers for various department levels.

Due to the apparent prerequisites required for such powerful and prestigious positions, it should be no surprise that this department is only staffed by our proven elites and most trustworthy. Budgeting, Long-Term Planning, diplomacy in all scopes, and much more are handled by these few.

Not much can (or should) be said about this Department due to its high clearance status.

Research Department:
“Efficient scientific work is the cornerstone of the Foundation's existence and operation. The Scientific department is responsible for studying all contained and new SCP objects, developing countermeasures for containment breach events, and designing various devices and medicinal products for the Manufacturing Department. Scientific Department employees are recruited from among the best and most promising scientists in various fields.”
---Foundation Internal Departments

The brain of the Foundation. The entire Foundation’s purpose hinges on the Research Department’s ability to deliver intense and focused reviews of various anomalies…among other things. Every field of knowledge, from the grounded to the obscure, is required for efficient operations. Only the world’s most promising and brightest are offered positions.

Typical duties will include controlled and ethical research, writing reports, and brainstorming solutions. Not only must these pioneers work with unknown and potentially lethal anomalies, but they’ll also need to work on suitable ways to contain or neutralize said anomalies.
An example of these duties is formulating an idea or curiosity about an anomaly. (Note: you must have permission to work with certain anomalies)

Once you have an idea, think of a way to execute it and form a hypothesis around it. Acquire the resources and/or personnel you will need to assist you, such as Security Personnel, other Research Personnel, D-Class personnel, or even other anomalies if permitted. Measure and record the test results and then condense them into a document that other Foundation personnel (especially fellow Researchers) will use to understand an anomaly further.

Security Department:
“This department is responsible for providing security and protection for all Foundation facilities and objects, regardless of their priority. SD employees are trained to counteract containment breach events, intrusions, sabotage, natural disasters, and other emergencies. Newcomers to this service usually undergo general training before being assigned to an object or site. Special training for working with a given object is performed on-site after assignment.”
---Foundation Internal Departments

The muscle of the Foundation on a site-wide scale. When working with hostile and often uncooperative anomalies, it’s essential to have a dedicated force to be on standby for emergencies. They’re also the men and women responsible for repelling attacks and infiltration from foreign agencies and elements that seek to harm the SCP Foundation for whatever reason they may have.

Typical duties will include escorting and protecting research (and other important personnel) to their destinations along with maintaining peace and order within Foundation walls and occasionally outside of them too.

An example of these duties would be a researcher asking for your assistance with a test and securing a D-Class from the D-Block for his usage. You will escort and protect the research, ensuring nothing goes sour. Alternatively, you’ll be tasked with re-containment duties in the case of an anomaly breach or are asked to end D-Block riots.

Medical Department:
“The Foundation's Medical Department is responsible for keeping employees in good health. Due to the nature of Foundation work, medics often encounter difficult to treat and highly unusual instances of wounds, trauma, infections, and disorders. Because of this, the MD adheres to exceptionally high personal standards. Some Foundation medics specialize in secondary areas of treatment expertise such as memetic influences, psychological trauma, and so on.”
---Foundation Internal Departments

The dedicated medics and doctors within our Foundation. These people are responsible for the healing and mending of all Foundation personnel, both physically and mentally. The finest field doctors and surgeons are both needed to ensure minimal casualties and permanent injuries, along with providing valuable insights for research and testing.

It will be a common expectation to carry a plethora of medical resources on your person along with the knowledge of applying it correctly. Loss of blood, broken bones, and memetic effects are all fair game and everyday situations within Foundation operations.

You’ll often be involved in the aftermath (or perhaps even the middle) of firefights and combat scenes, escorting wounded personnel and mending their wounds.

Engineering and Technical Service Department:
“E&TS is responsible for technical maintenance and everyday services of all facilities and equipment in active Foundation use. This department is responsible for design and construction of new facilities and routes of communication as well as repair and maintenance. E&TS department is divided into several sub-departments based on clearance levels and appropriations; employees with higher clearance levels design and build Keter-class containment chambers and work with strategically important facilities.”
---Foundation Internal Departments

Our everyday mechanics, engineers, electricians, and other coveted roles are themed around creation, upkeep, and elbow grease. This Department is a well-staffed branch with masters of many trades, all dedicated to ensuring everything is as efficient and optimized as possible.

This department will be responsible for creating temporary and permanent emplacements around sites and creating various objects/containments for the other departments. Additionally, E&TS personnel will be responsible for on-site logistics, ensuring every department delivers what it needs. Ammunition for Security, Medical Supplies for Medical, and a whole caliber of everything under the sun for Research.

Examples of said duties will be fulfilling work orders and setting up areas for specific tests or even fortifying hallways into checkpoints. You’ll be communicating with most departments for many varied reasons, ensuring that the Foundation is ready for the most obscure of threats and problems.

Departments Cont'd.
Internal Security Department (ISD):
[REDACTED]

[REDACTED]

In short, they ensure the loyalty of Foundation staff. Do not resist, and do not question them.

Intelligence Agency:
“Field agents are the eyes and ears of the Foundation, personnel trained to look for and investigate signs of anomalous activity, often undercover with local or regional law enforcement or embedded in local services such as emergency medical services and regulatory organizations. As undercover units, field agents are typically not equipped to deal with confirmed cases of anomalous activity; once such an incident has been confirmed and isolated, field agents will typically call for assistance from the nearest field containment team with the means to safely secure and contain such anomalies.”
---Foundation Security Clearance Levels

The Intelligence Agency is mainly served by its Field Agents, personnel that exist on the surface. They fulfill the lives and positions of what an active citizen would do, typically working in some emergency service or other regulatory service.

Field Agents serve as a means to find and report any anomaly that either appeared/manifested or to locate escaped SCPs. Should a Field Agent successfully identify either, they are not to engage with it but rather alert the Foundation’s closest and most relevant team to handle it.

Tactical Response Team (TRT):
“Response teams — or tactical teams — are highly trained and heavily armed combat teams tasked with escorting containment teams when dangerous anomalous entities or hostile Groups of Interest are involved and defending Foundation facilities against hostile action. Response teams are effectively military units stationed at major Foundation facilities that are ready to deploy at a moment's notice.”
---Foundation Security Clearance Levels

The Tactical Response Team effectively serves as any particular site’s military force. They are heavily armed and specially trained soldiers with the objective of escorting containment teams during a breach event or repelling invaders in the case of a raid by any particular foreign element. While similar to Security, they are a much more reserved force meant for more pressing emergencies. However, should the time arise, they will be there, and they will be ready.

TRT Officers will be primarily dormant, occasionally patrolling around the site or remaining within their bunks. They will seldom respond to any minor incident unless prompted. If a significant breach or raid commences, though, TRT Officers will quickly band together into their squads to escort key personnel around the site and participate in other objectives required for the site’s upkeep.

As long as everything is running optimally, daily activities for TRT Officers should be relatively sparse. They exist as an emergency backup plan and should be treated accordingly.

Mobile/Stationary Task Forces:
“Mobile Task Forces are specialist units composed of veteran field personnel drawn from all over the Foundation. These task forces are mobilized to deal with threats of a specific nature and can include anything from field researchers specializing in a particular type of anomaly to heavily armed combat units tasked to secure certain types of hostile anomalous entities.”
---Foundation Security Clearance Levels

M/STFs are a general term for an extensive list of squads and groups that fall under central Foundation control. They are not an on-site presence, rather they are specialized squads that will be called and drafted in the event that any emergency pertains explicitly to them. As such, an extensive list of MTFs covers most purposes. These squads can be specialized in anything and are typically meant for niche cases. There should always be a particular Task Force that can handle the current predicament.

M/STF Officers receive even further training than TRT Officers, though their equipment is altered to match the purpose of their unit. These officers will be rarely seen on any site unless an ongoing emergency or crisis is underway. As such, their daily duties will mostly be off-site training and watching as they prepare for the event of a site requesting help.

Because of such, the average day of an M/STF Officer should be tame until they are finally needed.

D-Class
“Class D personnel are expendable personnel used to handle extremely hazardous anomalies and are not allowed to come into contact with Class A or Class B personnel. Class D personnel are typically drawn worldwide from the ranks of prison inmates convicted of violent crimes, especially those on death row. In times of duress, Protocol 12 may be enacted, which allows recruitment from other sources — such as political prisoners, refugee populations, and other civilian sources — that can be transferred into Foundation custody under plausibly deniable circumstances. Class D personnel are to be given regular mandatory psychiatric evaluations and are to be administered an amnestic of at least Class B strength or terminated at the end of the month at the discretion of on-site security or medical staff. In the event of a catastrophic site event, Class D personnel are to be terminated immediately except as deemed necessary by on-site security personnel.”
---Foundation Security Clearance Levels

While not precisely a department, D-Class personnel are still extremely important to Foundation operations. They serve as a group of disposable people, typically taken from death row convicts or other dead-end roads that people will find themself down. They’re incredibly varied, as needed for their job. Some are aggressive and volatile, and some are calm and polite, with everything in between.

D-Class personnel will primarily serve as a resource for the Research Department in testing to (somewhat) safely interact with SCPs and other anomalies. Some will also volunteer for other positions, such as cleaning staff, cooks, etc. For all intents and purposes, they are Foundation prisoners.

Despite this, they are under the protection of the Foundation’s Ethics Committee, who (among other duties) ensure that D-Class is not forced through excessively cruel or unusual conduct when other methods could prevail. D-Class’s use in science is supposed to be just that, science.
Server's Noteworthy GOIs
The Global Occult Coalition (GOC)

Overview: The GOC was created in the aftermath of WWII, from the remnants of defecting occultists, psychics, priests, and scientists from Nazi, Soviet, and Allied states, brought together and formed by the Allies. As the world stage broadened, so too did the number of countries that had their hands in the GOC, until it became what it is today.

The GOC are a largely political force, seeing themselves as the police of the paranormal world. They pride themselves on destroying supernatural entities, and make use of the most high-tech experimental technology possible, obtained from their benefactors. Many potential SCPs have been destroyed by them before the Foundation could obtain and contain them.

Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd.

Overview: A “club” based in London, England. Catering to the super-rich and with extensive political and financial ties worldwide, this group has caused extensive problems for the Foundation. Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. is known for collecting rare and obscure items, along with providing its members the most exclusive, expensive, and rare experiences available.

These activities have resulted in conflict with the Foundation on numerous occasions. The group is not known for the use of force; they prefer to apply extreme financial and political pressure to achieve their goals. When forced to use more direct means, Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. employs outside agents, and it is very difficult to connect said agents to the organization.

Sarkic Cults

Overview: Sarkicism is a religious/philosophical system that encompasses a variety of traditions, beliefs, and spiritual practices largely based on teachings attributed to “Grand Karcist Ion”, its deified founder. Adherents practice ritual cannibalism, human sacrifice, corporeal augmentation, thaumaturgy, and dimensional manipulation. Highly secretive, the general public appears to have no direct knowledge of their existence; the one exception being the CotBG, who views them in apocalyptic terms. Organic manipulation has allowed certain Sarkicites to achieve anomalous states of being, transcending the physical limitations of baseline humans. Disease is viewed with reverence and Sarkic shrines have been discovered with offerings of swollen lymph nodes and tumorous growths. Sarkic cults treat contagions as consecration, a means to "cull the weak" and purify the masses, and thus actively seek to ensure their spread.

The Serpent's Hand

Overview: The Serpent's Hand is a small but formidable organization responsible for several security breaches. At least three different individuals have been encountered, all of whom used possible or confirmed anomalous items for infiltration purposes (including SCP-268, which was stolen from the Foundation, who had in turn recovered it during a raid of a Chaos Insurgency facility). The total number of members belonging to this organization is unknown, as is their level of technology, number of possible SCPs held, or total level of threat. However, it is clear they are highly coordinated and possibly dangerous. One of their leaders is thought to be a figure known as "L.S.", who is considered to be personally responsible for two security breaches in Foundation sites.

The Foundation currently has very little information about the Serpent's Hand, and almost all known information about the Serpent's Hand has been leaked from the GOC intelligence. The group seems to embrace the use and existence of paranormal items, and in particular seems to embrace humanoid and sentient SCPs. The Serpent's Hand has been highly vocal in criticizing the containment and destruction of these SCPs, especially those which are fully human and are not particularly destructive.

The group seems to have unfriendly relations with the Chaos Insurgency and the ORIA, and an extremely hostile relationship with the GOC. The only recorded cases of unprovoked violence by Serpent's Hand members have been against GOC agents.

The Chaos Insurgency

Overview: The Chaos Insurgency is a splinter group of the Foundation, created by a rogue cell that went A.W.O.L. with several SCP objects in 1924. Since then, the Insurgency has become a major player on the world stage, using the anomalies that it obtains for its own benefit and to consolidate its global power base. The Insurgency not only deals in anomalies, but also in weapons running and intelligence gathering.

It makes use of authoritarian regimes in poor and developing countries, often using their populations in the same manner as the Foundation does D-Class personnel. It helps to maintain the extreme poverty and war that is suffered by these countries, so that it can continue its radical experimentation, easy conscription of forces, and lucrative business deals with various opposing factions.

Unusual Incidents Unit (UIU), Federal Bureau of Investigation

Overview: The Unusual Incidents Unit was formed after the onset of the Cold War, when many aspects of the American Government were focused on utilizing the anomalous and preventing the communists from doing the same. This led to the creation of a special FBI division devoted to rapid response to paranormal events and crimes. Director J. Edgar Hoover was personally involved with their creation.

Although initially given significant funding and resources by the American Government, following the end of the Cold War and the dissolution of enemy organizations such as the GRU-P, the UIU had been in a state of decline for many years.

Doctor Wondertainment

Overview: Doctor Wondertainment, whether an individual or collective entity, is capable of producing anomalous artifacts and entities which thematically resemble children's toys. The nature of these objects and devices varies, although all were clearly intended to be utilized by children. In addition, Doctor Wondertainment is responsible for the creation of the Little Misters, anomalous humanoids altered for collectability. Dr. Wondertainment is known to have targeted Foundation personnel in the past and their feelings towards the Foundation appear to be ambiguous. See the entry for Isabel Wondertainment on the Personnel Dossier for more information.

The Church of the Broken God

Overview: Shortly after the discovery and containment of SCP-882, several members of this "church" came forward and demanded the return of "the heart of god". Led by one Robert Bumaro, they are a group of zealots, believing many of the SCP items to be parts of a "god" that was broken after the creation of the universe. By restoring it to its whole state, they will also gain godhood. Since first contact, three other key components of the "god" have also been tentatively identified: SCP-217, SCP-271 and SCP-1139.

They are extremely hostile to Foundation operatives, branding them "heretics", and will attempt to kill operatives and break containment of SCP items. It is unknown how they are able to detect these items, but they have shown their ability to do so with frightening accuracy. In addition, they have shown a remarkable ability to resist the mental effects of SCP items, notably SCP-882 and its "mental lure".

Noteworthy GOI's Cont'd.
Anderson Robotics
Overview: Based in the Pacific Northwest, Anderson Robotics first came to the Foundation’s attention in 2007 with the capture of SCP-1360. Lead by Vincent Anderson, and specializing in the sale of anomalous androids, robots, artificial intelligences, and cybernetics, Anderson Robotics has quickly gained a fair amount of traction in the realm of paratechnology. The group’s small size, remarkable espionage capabilities, and surprisingly large resource base has made apprehension of any Anderson employee difficult, with only a handful of Anderson products currently in the hands of the Foundation.

The Children of the Scarlet King
Overview: The Children of the Scarlet King are a series of churches, organizations, individuals, and movements associated with the Pluripotent Entity known as "the Scarlet King". While the majority of Children share a set of key beliefs, the nature of their organizations, even their doctrine, varies greatly between manifestations. Discerning the Children from mundane groups of interest has thus proven difficult for the Foundation.

The true nature of the Scarlet King, or if it exists at all, is unknown.

Valravn Corporation
Overview: The Valravn Corporation is an Anomalous Private Military Company, mostly operating in politically unstable regions where the presence of organizations like the Foundation and the GOC is less prominent. They are mainly hired by governments to suppress anomalous rebel groups and protect their interest against otherworldly threats.

Valravn sells itself as a specialist in "anomalous security and counter-insurgency". It specializes in the weaponization of myth-related anomalies as well as paratechnologically augmented soldiers. The origins of the Valravn Corporation can be traced back to the fall of the legendary mercenary Jomsviking order and it is believed to have existed throughout history in various iterations. Valravn professes a syncretic belief in pagan Norse determinism combined with hyper-capitalism worship, which it uses to ideologically justify its mercenary business.

Their relationship with the Foundation is tense, with an unstable peace maintained as long as Valravn commits to operating under the Veil. However, Valravn's ongoing conflict with the Serpent's Hand splinter cell, Las Víboras, has complicated this agreement.

Staff and Gamemaster Information
  • To apply for staff you must have good communication skills and reasoning. You will need these two skills to handle sits and other problems that will arise in the community. It is impossible to prevent drama in any community but we can always stop and find a resolution to problems. It is recommended that you have at least two weeks experience with the community before you apply.

  • Game master is another position you can apply for. This position comes with great responsibility as you will be RP modding and setting up events for the server. You do not have to do admin sits to deal with players as there are separate staff roles meant for this. It is recommended that you have deep knowledge of SCP lore and at least two weeks experience with the community before you apply.
