To unlock this achievement you need to complete all the scenes from the friendship furniture.
The friendship furniture can be bought at the curiosities shops which unlocks in town after you reach the 3rd shrine renovation event.

Info:
It's easier to keep track at how many scenes you've completed if you put the furniture out one at a time. I've also read that it can bug and repeat the same scenes if you have multiple friendship furniture out, but I don't know this for a fact.
Calling a regular will make the chance of the scene less likely to happen since the scene can't trigger while the character is already at the cafe.
You can advertise whatever you want, the scenes will still occur.
Each of the friendship furniture have 3 scenes.
For me the scenes occurred roughly every 3-5 days.
