some of these smash attacks are depressing.
forward smash (and back air) actually kills at reasonable percents if you hit the tipper sweat spot.
(sorry if it wasn't clear)
up smash I intentionally gave weak knockback so you could not get cheesy kills on the top
platforms. but it only starts killing on the top platform of the spire past 200%.
down smash also kills later than I thought so both will get buffs.
I will also make a few other adjustments and add a few new skins because why not.
