Belorussian licence plates

This addon replaces standard addon plates with Belarusian plates from Grodno and the Grodno region (and other cities/regions of Belarus), and also replaces the textures of bus route signs.

UAZ Patriot: plate;
LADA 2107: plate;
ZAZ 968М: plate;
Mercedes-Benz O402: plate, route sign (Baranovichi);
Lublin 3: plate.
