Nuke's Garry's Mod Randomizer

A janky, chaotic GMod gamemode inheriting from Sandbox where:

- You get a random (modded) weapon whenever you kill something
- A random (modded, mounted) prop is spawned whenever you kill something, at the position of the killed thing
- A random event is chosen to happen every 60 seconds:
-- A random vehicle can spawn
-- Player gravity will be set to a random value
-- If you have the Shrinkinator mod, players will shrink/grow to a random size
