Not a whole lot happening for these stages - we get Old Ladies wandering into the picture, the Big Boss to arrest. Really these levels are less about introducing stuff and more or less just finishing off the Gangland stages.

I had planned on using the Breacher all the way through for this episode, but switched over to Recon to get through the mid point of the episode where we were having trouble getting hostages. We didn't technically fully start the first stage of the next area, but we did complete it."
