[Pistols]Glock 17 Script Rebalance

I always felt like the 9mm pistols were a little weak.
This script aims to change this, mainly by making the pistols a 3-shot kill on expert, while also increasing the magazine capacity to 17 to resemble the Glock 17

Fun fact: the pistols can actually 3-shot kill on expert but only in very close range, and at that point you should shove instead.

Also, I gave the pistols the firerate of the L4D1 Pistols, if you didn't know, the L4D1 pistols actually fire faster than their L4D2 counterparts, which should make using the single pistol feel better.

Note: Hud icons for the 9mm pistols don’t seem to work with this script, not sure why.
