Given that very few modders have worked on it, and also that development has been at a complete standstill for some time now, it's already kind of unexpected to have these ones.
That would be so cool to have new charcters or missions, but I'm afraid there are no such mods.
The game is great but imho a lot of mods are needed to be fully enjoyable. Belinn is the main creator of great quality of life (QoL) ones, and my personal new favourite god lol. Seriously he has done great and is a very kind person too, you should really check out his creations

But there are many other good ones for me, so everyone can customise their experience exactly as they wish (more or less grinding, QoL, balancing, game mechanics overall, characters customisations etc).
Just an example, I used to hate the L3 button (on my dual shock controller DS4) used to run (and no way to reassign remote bindings unfortunately) => Always run mod https://www.nexusmods.com/marvelsmidnightsuns/mods/221
Selecting the mods can be very time consuming, but it is well worth it if you plan on playing Marvel's Midnight Suns a lot.
Have fun
