Can't Create New Profile ... easy fix

Right click on conflict denied ops in steam library>manager>browse local files

Right click on Conflict Denied Ops.exe and select properties >compatibility>windows vista

Download Openal32.dll from google, then put it into the game folder, you can open the Game folder, when you right click conflict denied ops in steam library>manager>browse local files then put the Dll into the folder, then you can run the game.
