Requirements for you to come to the dealer

First you have to defeat Tanta Prav. Once you have done this, you can move freely in Visoria. It's best to travel south from the castle town until you reach an area called Inner Visoria. Then follow our map and you should come across the only dealer outside of Cipal. This has a lot of useful things on offer that you can purchase with the old coins, which you mainly find in dungeons and puzzle chests. You should then exchange 64 of these coins for the sewing kit.

Travel to the next workbench with the new tool and you can now craft the Unbroken cloak and the Home Sweet Hell necklace.
