Mannequin (Ultrakill) Playermodel

The Mannequin from Ultrakill is now a GMod playermodel. Includes viewmodel arms. Perfect for jumpscares.

Ultrakill's Violence layer dropped recently so I figured I'd port one of the new enemies. The other new ones are coming eventually. Stay tuned!
