This is the origins of Victoria "Vicki" Waters in BiA continuity. The merc first appeared in the first game. She is in prison in Lilitu.

Pay Your Respects

Deliver flowers to the gravesite in Lilitu Prison

Put flowers into a merc’s inventory! Then run around the graves until it is triggered. After talking to Gabriela another NPC gives you a reward.

Treasure Map
Quest giver: Gomez (Badilla)
Buy a piece of map from Gomez, one on top of a truck in B11, one in a prison B13 inside a safe in a corner across from the cells. With three pieces go to C12 and read the descriptions. They send you to the rocks near the beach and the quest makes one rock to disappear when you get your mercs near it.

Bounty Hunter
Quest giver: Hugo (Marino)
Another bounty hunt quest in the series. No adventure game puzzling of your puzzler this time. The marks are hiding in empty sectors.
D6, E10 and A11.
You have to have the heads inside a merc’s inventory!

Camping Trip

Retrieve Pistols from Campsite

Taking Sides
Quest giver: Sondergaard (Marino)
Bandits banditing bandits. Pick one of the bands and deal with the other. The winning band offers you a merc. Buns who first appeared in JA2, or a newcomer Chevalier.

It's Just A Sexual Favor

When you reach Sofia it’s a 85 strength check. As a reward you get 23 years old rum.

Get two halves of the password as paper documents, gather mercs near the door. After clearing out the base you can get one of three recruits. Talk to the doctor to get a gun.
He gives the password 58008 07734. Which is probably a joke cos it’s hello boobs upside down. We used to do it on calculators back in the stone age.

Every Day I'm Smuggling
Quest giver: Fred (Tio)
Deliver the custom rifle to Bevis

Put the gun into the talking merc’s inventory or it will fail the quest!
You can steal the unique barret or deliver it and get a unique shotgun.

Wine the Priest

Bring any bottle of wine for the Priest inside a merc’s inventory! He will confess.

Throwing Out the Trash

Get the big guy (for you) out of the bar without violence. Bring him beer in a merc’s inventory! There are two types of beer.

A guy in marino is looking for his friend who disappeared at Blue Oyster resort.
Hungry For A Vacation
Quest giver : Mr. Lecter
Talk to Mr. Lecter then deliver the meats to the bear pit. On return talk to oyster catcher in the corner then go to the opposite corner of the map with a crypt.

Light Affair
Quest giver : Any of the 3 sisters
Capture three lighthouses, two as stand-alone locations, the third is in Tio.

Destroy Flak Cannons
Quest giver: Marion (radio) in Angetta
Throw 2 grenades at each of the cannons in the I5 airport. There’s a case of grenades in one of the buildings.

Achievements explained:

Demolition Man
Destroy 100 environment pieces

Put all your grenades into a merc with many quick slots. Save, throw all of them at piles of garbage, many things take two grenades to explode. Load. Repeat. You’ll get it in a ten or two minutes.

This Is My House
Heal 100 mercenaries in doctor mode

Use doctor bag in the map mode and it will trigger after some time of normal play.

Big Boss
Hire 50 Mercenaries

Renewing the contract counts as a hire, local mercs do count too, you’ll get it after a time.

Medicine Man
Use 50 bandages

Give the merc with 6 quick slots 6 bandages. Give one merc a grenade. Stand in a circle. Save. Throw a grenade at your feet. Use 6 bandages. Load. Repeat.
