This guide is simply just a few little tips, maybe a few tricks along the way to :)

How to survive when power goes out

It may seem impossible to survive without power but really you can make it when Freddy does his little music box sequence, to survive the best trick is too stay still this will give you more time to live through the sequence! If your on 5AM you have a chance to survive but if your on 4AM there is a very small chance so try to preserve your power to 5 AM :)

How to Summon and Survive Golden Freddy

[/previewimg]Incase you didn't know Golden Freddy or as some people call him Yellow Freddy is what could be a hallucination that the character you play as is having, or simply another hidden animatronic. He looks a little different than Freddy himself he could be an older version of Freddy.

Anyways this section is on how to summon him and how to survive him!

How To Summon Golden Freddy

So.. to summon Golden Freddy I suggest you are on Night 1 or Night 3 as its easier to summon him on those levels. So what you need to do is look at CAM2B, there is a poster of Freddy with text above saying "Lets Party!" now the summoning seems to be random you just keep looking at that camera and the poster will change sometimes to an image of Freddy pulling his face apart and sometimes a poster of a close up Golden Freddy, once you see the upclose Golden Freddy poster your in luck and have summoned him, simply stare untill you hear a little girl giggle then pull down your camera and there he will be. Also if you are on Night 7 (Custom Night) change the A.I in this order: 1987 then you will get the Golden Freddy death scene and then the game will exit its self :)

How To Survive Golden Freddy

Right now to survive him you need to quickly pull your camera up and then close it and then... he will have disappeared :)

How to know when an Animatronic is in the Room

This little section is to know when one of the Animatronics are in the Room with you!

What Animatronics do in this situation

So here is what each of the Animatronics do when in the Room
Bonnie: Will jam the doors then you know he is in, another way to know is if your in your cameras you can hear little groans and when you pull down the monitors you are dead!
Chica: Will jam the doors then you know she is in, another way to know is if your in your cameras you can hear little groans and when you pull down the monitors you are dead!
Foxy: Does not give any warning and just slips his head in the doorway and kills you.
Freddy: There is no way to know if he is in but once he is in he will pick his moment to strike

How to preserve power (For people who have experience with scary games)

Warning: If your someone who is bad with scary games this will not work unless your brave!

So power is the most important thing to think about in later nights, so don't worry about Night 1 you may have some trouble with Night 2 so be careful.

Night 3 and above is the whole point of this section

How to preserve power

So what I suggest doing is using the lights to make sure that Bonnie and Chica are not around or are around, so what do you use the camera for? Well you need that to check on Pirate Cove to make sure Foxy isn't on the way and if the curtain is... well quickly close the door to the left of you!
As for Freddy the more you look at him the less he will move. So what is the strategy:
1. Check the lights for a few seconds

2. Quickly check CAM1A and CAM1C

And thats how you preserve power :)

How to know when Animatronics are moving

There are several ways of finding out that Animatronics are moving!

First of which

When all Cameras are disabled you know that one of the Animatronics are moving.

Second way

Another way is (I believe this only works when Bonnie or Chica are near) when you hear slight foot steps, this way does not require the cameras

Freddy is coming!

Freddy is unique and likes to move when no one is looking at him. (Kinda like Foxy)
So how do you know when he is close and when he moves?

As for the moving part he will let out a little laughter, and as for when he is close his laugh will be much easier to hear. Also a little thing to note: If Freddy is at CAM4B and laughs that means you have a very short amount of time to close the door otherwise you are dead!

Foxy

Foxy only moves when cameras are down, but he is unique in the sense that he does not move around the building but makes a run down to your Office to greet you! He has three steps of making his run for you!
Step 1: He peeks out at the curtain at you!
Step 2: Out of the curtain to make a run at you!
Step 3: No foxy to be seen and is on his way to kill you right now!

Tiny Easter Egg

The reason I am using this easter egg is because it could calm you down in a stressful time!

How to do it

So there are no steps to this all you need to do is look at the poster in your Office that says "Celebrate!" and click on Freddy's nose, it will play a calmful noise!

How to survive Night 3, 4 and 5

So I thought I would share my strategy for beating later nights!

My Strategy

So to survive you need to do the following. Rinse and repeat

1. Check both lights
2. Open the cameras (Make sure you check both CAM1C and 1A)

Make sure the primary camera is CAM1C to make sure Foxy isn't on the move :) If you don't really trust me on this strategy check out this video of me playing through the whole game from Night 1 to 5 using the strategy, trust me it works. (I die twice before I win)

Surviving 4/20 mode A.K.A 20/20/20/20 mode on Custom night

Right, since I have beaten 4/20 three times I should probably share how to do it!

Best Strategy!

There are two strategy's available for this night:

1. BigBugs strategy

So, BigBug was the first person to complete 4/20 mode and he had the first strategy.

How the strategy works.

When you start make sure you open the camera and switch to Pirate Cove (CAM 1C) and keep pulling the monitor up and down until around 96% of power is left! Then here comes the main part:

Close the right door, Check pirate cove, pull camera down, open right door, click right light, click left light and repeat! The reason to close the door is because Freddy gets in if you look at another camera besides him. Also if Foxy makes it out of pirate cove (He always does from what I know) don't switch to the West Hall that just makes it harder for your self, check the cove (Make sure right door is down) then close left door, check West Hall to trigger his sprint!

Things you need to know about this strategy:

Its all down to luck

If Foxy hits the door a second time you may aswell give up.

Mrbuu's strategy

So here comes the much more efficient strategy!

As soon as the game starts switch camera's to CAM 4B (West Hall Corner) This is where Freddy will go, now keep opening and closing the camera's till you think you can start the strategy.

When you start the strategy what you need to do is, Check both lights, open camera, and repeat!

That's it!

Things You Need To Know!

Foxy will slow down if you check any camera (Hense why your checking on Freddy instead)

Check on Freddy stops him from moving (That's why you can open camera's with out closing the door)

How to preserve power V2 A.K.A Strategy for later nights :)

This strategy is best for Night 4 and above.

THE STRATEGY!

So here is what you do :) Open camera's check on Freddy only, check lights repeat!

Very simple and and tense!

THE LOGIC

The logic of this strategy works!

1. What about Foxy? Check on him rarely, this won't stop him but if you look at any camera it slows him down!

2.So if Foxy is fine why do you have to check on Freddy? Freddy is different in the sense that Foxy's original logic applys to Freddy instead! Checking on the camera where Freddy is (Even if Chica or Bonnie is there!) will slow him down :)

the thing about staying still and being allowed a few extra seconds before freddy kills you has been disproven many times. There's nothing about it in the games code and you may move as much as you want and there will be no effect

Quick tip: if youre somewhere at 5 am and the power goes out, DO NOT MOVE, it will give you a few more seconds before freddy kills you.

Interesting Fact: When Freddy is in the East Hall Corner, DON'T SWITCH CAMERAS!!! When that happens, you will hear Freddy's laugh one last time, then the next thing you know, you hear quiet IT'S ME sounds! That's because... HE'S RIGHT BEHIND YOU! And your dead... The way to make Freddy go away is to close the door when checking cams and open them when checking lights (Don't worry, he won't come in when you're checking them. He only comes when your look away from him on the cams). Good luck.

I beat night 5 and 4 with my own strategy that combines 2 of the ones listed here:
When the night starts, MUTE THE CALL. It consumes 15% of your power to complete. Open your camera, and switch between pirate cove and show stage until freddy moves. Once he's out, switch the camera to the east hall corner. Go out of the camera, check left door light, check right door light, open the camera, (You'll be on East hall corner if you did it right.) Click on pirate cove, and then exit the camera while on east hall corner. Rinse and repeat, hopefully you win.

Easier way to win use killed foxy glitch

Using Mrbuu's strategy, I came into a very strange but amazing glitch. When I kept looking at the camera where freddy was he screamed but i didnt die, my screen was cam 4b where freddy looks in the camera and there where the lights and doors on each side I could use the right door. This glitch makes you invincible because I got through the the whole night and this glitch may work for u
